What I like most about Skedda is how easy and intuitive it is to use, especially the visual features. We have staff located across multiple states, and Skedda makes it incredibly simple for our remote team members to reserve workspaces or conference rooms when they are onsite. It also allows staff to easily make reservations on behalf of their colleagues when needed. Overall, the platform is extremely user-friendly, easy to navigate, and has made managing our shared office spaces much more seamless.

We love how the cash transactions are taken out of the equation, that allows us to focus on customer service. We have the best software at a very fair and competitive pricing model.

UI / UX: Skedda is easy to navigate and makes booking a space simple. The interactive floor map is one of my favorite features because users can see exactly where a space is located before booking it. Availability is also easy to understand at a glance. Integrations: The integration options have been helpful, especially the ability to work with our existing university environment and SSO. This helps make the experience more seamless for our users. Performance: Skedda has been reliable and responsive in our experience. Pages and floor maps load quickly, and the booking process works smoothly without unnecessary steps. Pricing / ROI: Skedda provides good value because it gives us a centralized and flexible way to manage multiple offices and workspaces. It has helped simplify a process that was more difficult to manage with Microsoft Bookings. Support / Onboarding: The onboarding process has been straightforward, and the Skedda team has been helpful when we have questions or need assistance with setup and configuration. AI / Intelligence: AI is not currently one of the main reasons we use Skedda. For us, the biggest value comes from the booking experience, floor maps, availability management, and administrative flexibility.
