Mainly for desk booking for our staff members.

We use Skedda to control the number of staff in the office (in case of another lockdown or other reason) and also to block certain desks if teams would like to sit together when needed.

Hi there! That's a great question. To get started with Skedda is really simple. Your first step is to create an account here, if you plan on managing your own venue account: https://www.skedda.com/

From there, you'll actually be guided through a few setup steps while you're in the app, just to make things easier for you. We encourage you to follow each step in order to make sure you're completely set up and ready to go! But, in short, it involves adding your spaces, setting up your account's basic settings and details, and then adding your users when you're ready to roll!

Skedda is a space-management platform, so the primary focus of your use will be managing bookings for your physical spaces. We take your spaces, your custom requirements, and empower you to build the booking platform that will work for you! Feel free to reach out to us on our website if you have more questions!

If you're simply going to be booking spaces at a given venue and the venue owner has asked you to sign up on their Skedda account, you can request that they send you an invite link that you can follow to get set up on the account! From there, you can fill in a few bits of information about your user profile, and you'll be ready to begin booking spaces right away! It's a very simple process of selecting the space you'd like to book, completing a booking form, and then your booking is locked in and ready to roll!
