We don't have much to complain about with Simpro. Some of the bolt on features such as EForms & SimTrac need to keep pace with developments as Simpro grows & improves the bolt ons need to keep up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Simpro?

The different parts of the ticket are simplistic and easy to read. Updates are easy to view. Finding a history for the customers on the customer page is really easy. I do like the new customer portal look. The ease of setting things up is also a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dashboards would help greatly, or a way to seperate different types of tickets in an easy query. Also, the customer portal having more functionality and to show certian fields and hide others from view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
