I like the project quote and App. These have some excellent features EG: logging quotes and jobs.

I have issues with the planned maintenance side requires vast improvement, The way there is no planner, it is a report. there is no proper reports on the system.  FSG20 compatibility is required

This software makes invoicing easy, and with its new update to invoicing, it clearly shows what is left outstanding.

When modifying a job, it doesn't tell you what was changed, just that a modification happened. It would be good if it stated what was changed.

We use a majority of the features within simPRO, and are delighted with how flawlessly the system works—very few issues.

There was an issue between syncing simPRO to QuickBooks; however, the team worked diligently to fix it!

There are many benefits as far as assigning things to certain jobs and keeping cost centers organized and easy to understand for invoicing!

The amount of changes and often when they make changes they create other problems that they have not found during beta testing and are often slow to fix these.

Being able to schedule work for the engineers without contact and all quotes having a central point that we can all get to.

Form builder could do with simplifying. It's a bit complicated to build your own forms

The normal reporting is ok, the reports are quite easy to find and read

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

If you want anything other than the standard set of reports it is virtually impossible even with support to create bespoke reports in Power BI.

Running the jobs and invoicing is ok

We are unable to change design on e-forms ourselves.  It was a specially designed form for our company and we can't edit info

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

simPRO eForms is one of the best automated forming application I've used in my career life. What I most like about simPRO is it is cloud based application. This software can be used to create forms, customize them for our needs and also using this software it is possible to capture photos, drawings and signatures as well. This software also helpful when I'm working on fields because simPRO eForms application available on web, android devices and also iOS devices as well. And when it comes to the pricing, it is affordable for a single user. 

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

What I dislike this software is if I want to submit a form i have to use the web browser. If there is a software to installed on mac OS or windows platforms that would be great. And also there sum difficulties when customizing forms that already created. There are some issues I've had when I was creating new forms. Some details are left out from the forms. Other than those this is a great software.

**Recommendations to others considering Simpro:**

This is a great application to use on every industry. Price is affordable and it has great features such as  form designer and management, and Mobile signature capturing, Photo capturing and also secure cloud storage as well. This application really worth spending money. 

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used simPRO mostly when i was working on group projects. It was really ease my work because it comes in as android application. I used to download forms so I could access those forms when I was offline.

I love the fact that you can pretty much do everything you need using this software. Ordering. Invoicing. Scheduling jobs. Purchase orders. Stock takes. 

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

The software sometimes does lag a bit when doing multiple tasks. 

**Recommendations to others considering Simpro:**

If your company needs a software package that can invoice. Purchase. Order. Report. Schedule jobs then simpro is the best around

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has been using simpro for about 2 years now and it has over some the need to have multiple software packages to order. Invoice stock and most important to us is the scheduling of engineers to jobs.  Reporting tools on the software make management reporting a doddle.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

From our old method of MS Word and Excel spreadsheets, simPRO is a space rocket, so with that in mind, it's hard for me to compare too much.


**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Support has a lot to be desired.
simPRO's roadmap and feature requests are frustrating to say the least.  There is a user forum where users can pitch and upvote community ideas, but many users beside myself feel that largely this is ignored, and simPROs own agenda is followed and prioritised over the wishes and needs of their customers.
The software is geared towards the Australian market which means that UK business terminology is confused.  On that point, terms are confused within the software itself and for a new user, it can be a nightmare to get used to.
Clunky is a kind way of describing this software.

**Recommendations to others considering Simpro:**

Research, research, research before making your decision.

Make sure it is absolutely the correct solution for you before you make the jump, ask questions til their ears bleed.  You must look at your whole business model and be prepared to give some to make simPRO fit with your organisation.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this software to deliver reactive and planned construction-related works to around 115,000 properties around the UK.
