A few small things.  Would like to see better ability to sort chargable items within a cost center and have a sequential item number beside each.  Would like to save the list of chargable items within a cost center to a CSV file.  But overall I am pleased with simPRO.

It can be used for simple management but there is functionality to delve deeper and get so much more out of it.

I find the notification bubble useless, working for a medium sized company I've never not seen it 99+.

Allows everything to be stored in one place, and everything is easy to find. This massively cuts down time spent arranging a job and increases efficiency due to this.

Simpro allows us to manage our customer interaction from lead generation to job completion. It is a comprehensive and vital tool.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

The only downside to Simpro would be its UI. It could use updating.

We have thousands of jobs, from installations in motion to completed projects. Simpro allows us to keep our completed jobs organized, manage our installations and monitor our lead progression.

Not being able to copy a "scope of works" in a form , from one project to another.

Need future versions of Simpro to remember the order I want lists and copy them between projects, which it can't do yet.

not being able to set up PPMS so you can see the dates that they're due rather than a reoccuring job that you have to convert yourselves.

Easy to access for all of our engineers and staff in the offices. Quick to provide information to the engineers and staff.

I love that you can track everything from labour and materials in the one place, nothing can be missed and everything is streamlined.

There is no major dislikes with Simpro, although it would ideal if the technicians could access all their licences on the app.

There is so many functions available, especially for a smaller business, wanting bang for their buck.  Support service is local, and always endeavour to help.  Has serviced our business for a number of years now.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Reports are a little harder to navigate, and allocating staff to projects can be hard get going at first.  Support is helpful, however the ideas option of things that you believe need to be looked at is strange as it relies on a vote system in order to get seen to by the development team.

Project management, and stock management within our business.

The constant evolution of the system has benefitted my business greatly, the introduction of aspects such as BI Reporting have allowed me to get the most of the operational data within so the senior team can make informed decisions around continuous development and growth.

Lack of reporting around the service dates of the assets and the lack of a downloadable maintenance schedule utilising the automated dates within the system.

I dislike the logs. I wish it would tell me in what was done during that time stamp, as well as more in the parts catalog.

Simpro is most helpful for scheduling and tracking works aswell as engineers, Even to the minor things like chaging dates/asset details mean we can provide the best customer service to clients.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

It is time consumuing when you can only have one person edit a job at a time and i see why it is in place but it would be helpful if two could edit at the same time.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping solve time tracking for the duration an engineer is on site which means we can cost effectively and review engineers based on facts that simpro holds.

Support is great, and over the 5 years Simpro has improved 500%
They have listened to concerns and improved immensely! WE LOVE Simpro now!

The Mobile APP has been clunky at times, but once again - over the last 5 years they have improved the APP to work far more effectively.

The price point.  There is nothing I like about this program other than it is cheap.  I was hopeful that it would help our company but it seams that the competition has passed it by.

Scheduling, Sales Management, Customer-facing, No ability to track employees, flat rate pricing integration, and reporting.

Sim pro creates more problems than it solves.

Simpro, the way they defined the diverisifed service towords the devleopment of overall organization was tremendous.
They helped us in win more jobs and , channelized  the inventory to minimize cost and targetted towards profit zone.

Overall simpro support was unremarkable , I would like to suggest need more support towards the improving the cashflow and lean management aspects. These aspects we used the service not up to the mark

Simpro addressed the resource management aspects and  cost and profit asepcts helped the organization more towards growth aspects

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

Very fluid flow from creating a customer through to invoicing the job. Being able to customise fields for customer assets and attach engineer site photos to the projects has been a great help to us. Hav come from 12 years on a different CRM system and it's worlds apart

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

No major downsides we have come across as yet. Still learning some of the more in depth aspects of it so will find more in the future. Importing catalogues can be a little bit clunky but this is mainly down to it being a new process for us. Once they are set up it's a huge timesaver for us

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed of producing accurate quotes, split into appropriate cost centres and in a neat and customised format. Being able to send straight from simPRO is very helpful and saves so much time.

Cost tracking is also very good and breaks everything down into manageable pieces

Great Project Management and scheduling functionality. Almost everything in one space

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

We use QBO as our accounting package, would be great if Simpro allowed Cost Centres to be assigned to each Labour or Catalog item.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Techs are able to log everything from the field on site and the PM can view it almost instantaneously.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

Simpro is an excellent product to use as a job management system in our electrical business. It is able to perform many tasks within the product and fulfills many needs of our business. The project management and stock management are excellent features that have helped make our business run smoother.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

SImpro has a lot of features that are designed to service a variety of industries. Although this is very helpful, it also makes the platform feel clunky and simple features can be overlooked. Furthermore, the pricing structure could be improved. Currently, they have a paid license for either the mobile edition or the enterprise edition. I would suggest creating a third license between the mobile and enterprise license for workers who need access to some parts of Simpro but not the entire enterprise edition. For example, instead of having to pay 600% of the mobile price to give them access to additional information, perhaps there could be a middle price.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simpro is great at helping our business quote, record jobs, invoice and receive payment for our work. It has a large range of features that can handle most aspects of the business; however workarounds may be needed to utilize these features in the unique environment of individual businesses.

  ### 50. Simpro has improved our stock tracking, job tracking and quoting experience

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

Simpro has easy to navigate and well laid out menu's. Software is modern. I like the ease of putting costs together when quoting as it is simply a few clicks and you have the parts/labour in the job and can update prices easily. Breakdown of quotes and jobs into cost centres makes it easier to determine where the costs are and makes it easier for other staff to understand how costs and labour are broken down. Duplicating quotes and jobs is helpful and time saving. Stock tracking is good compared to our seemingly non-existent previous system, makes it easier to locate items in the factory.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Search function can be a bit difficult to use at times. If the item you are searching for is not input in the correct order then it won't return a result. EG if I an item is on our system as '50mm copper bend' and I search 'copper bend 50mm' then the system will not find it. Some form generation can also be a bit more time consuming than required to correct. If I have multiple cost centres for instance with a description on the main summary screen then the quote for instance will generate the pricing breakdown for each cost centre with the main summary description repeated for each cost centre.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our stock was difficult to track and find in our factory before Simpro. Our method of doing this was inaccurate as we didn't have everything listed and locations logged. Simpro allows us to easily input locations, view stock levels and see if we have the item on order quite easily. We are now able to keep on top of our stock levels, see where stock is being allocated to and find it in the factory more quickly.
