**What do you like best about Simpro?**

All aspects of asset maintenance are covered in one package. It brings together everything from asset details and service parts to scheduling the right staff, and it supports the full workflow from quote to invoice, including timesheets and purchasing, all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

That same flexibility also makes the system fairly complex, and it takes a significant amount of setup to get the most out of its features. Training staff to apply our business workflows through simPRO has been an ongoing challenge.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building a dataset of customer assets and their service history enables us to (a) provide accurate, timely scheduled maintenance and (b) become a “sticky” service provider. It also makes it easier to repeat service work, which is great for ongoing service relationships.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

I find Simpro incredibly easy to use with its user-friendly interface, which lowers the barrier for our less tech-savvy employees but still offers a rich feature set for those wanting to explore deeper. The customer support is quick to respond and their solutions are always comprehensive. I also like how Simpro is customizable, allowing us to tailor aspects of the program to align with our existing workflows. Additionally, I appreciate how new features are implemented effectively, enhancing our use of the software.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

The biggest issue with Simpro for us is that we didn't implement it sooner, and the onboarding process was difficult as our previous software did not allow for the proper migration of essential data.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Simpro for asset management, technician dispatch, quote creation, and project tracking. It's user-friendly, supports comprehensive customer service, and allows customization to match our workflows, easing transitions even for less tech-savvy employees.

I work on the quote-creation side of the business, and Simpro has everything we need for our client database, catalogue, job notes, and more. We can easily add notes for each department as the quote moves through the process—sales, manufacturing, installing, and invoicing—which makes communication clear and transparent.

Since onboarding this CMMS tool into our company, we were able to absorb loads of several separate lines of reporting and gathering site data into one system. Very easy to get up to speed and configure, excellent customer support from inception to live.

There were some critical key features we were advised to have from the beginning early in time but took too long to implement

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

Our company now has over 100 employees so we started using SimPRO about 1 year ago. There was a 6 month period where everyone had to learn to use the software. Integration did not go as smoothly as anticapted and the learning curve was much higher than we were told. It wouldn't be hard for a small business to get on board with this, but for a large business it's significantly harder. Just getting everyone to start using it and dealing with all the questions was frustrating. However it has definitely brought more organization into our workflow. I also like how we can use one software for most of the different branches of our company to share information and stay informed about most jobs.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

The worst thing about SimPRO is that you have to do things a certain way. It is not flexible at all. If you don't do things exactly right they won't function. One example is revising invoices. This is impossible to do and you have to delete the invoice in order to even be able to make changes to the job, then you have to send a new invoice in place of the original one. In the span of 6 months we have found a work around for this,but it shouldn't have taken that long for such a simple problem.

Helps us stay organized, this was a big problem once our company got bigger.

Simpro has allowed us to simplify our business processes by unifying our lead management, estimating, proposals, service and project management, and invoicing in a single application.  We previously had to cobble together workflows with multiple different applications, which was very cumbersome.

It was very quick and easy to deploy.  We were up and running in a matter of weeks.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

We do not have an accounting integration so that process is still very manual for us.  It also does not allow us to perform accurate cost accounting in Simpro since all of the true cost lies within our ERP.  We would also love to see Simpro support one or more of our vendors for integrated estimating and procurement activities.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing Simpro has enabled us to streamline our project and service management which allows us to do more volume with our existing staffing level.

All information is available in the one place, honestly, that's about it.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Often glitches and loses information, especially on the mobile app. 
Mobile app for field techs is laughably bad. Constantly loosing information, app re-loads by itself regularly (suspect cause app crashes), won't upload information entered until it feels like, even after pressing refresh multiple times.
Same text boxes on multiple windows can be confusing.
Browsing page randomly updates by itself. Sometimes it saves information, sometimes it doesn't.
Costs a fortune, makes it hard to change.
Seems company is more about making profits then actually making a product that works.

Scheduling. Rest of software has now become a giant glitch.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

As someone who uses simPRO in all areas of the product and helped implement it to our company, it is overall one of the best I have ever used in my 10+ years of working here. I love that everything is categorized so well and the search box in the top right hand corner is my favorite thing. I use it multiple times per day to look for things such as PO's, finding customers by addresses, etc.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

The log needs to have more detailed as far as dollar amounts as to what was changed. Cost centers need to be unlocked when necessary even if already invoiced. Suggestion would be to have a supervisor override. 

Supervisor override would be beneficial in a lot of situations.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps all of our tasks organized into much needed categories and is helping keep our costs to job up to date. We used to have someone manually enter costs into every single job and service  weekly. Over the last 3 years our employees have increased and doing such a tedious task would take up so much useless time. It is finally nice to see how much time someone spent on a job by the end of that day.

I really liked this job management software. It make my job easy for doing take offs and saves lots of time. I loved the feature of auto saving. We can directly send quatation email from SimPRO it self. User interface is very easy to learn and customer support of SimPRO is very good. We are one email away from any information or support.

To be frank, I really do not have any dislikes about SimPRO. I think you can decrease the subcription price a bit to help more people. I also want you to develop a efficient mobile application for SimPRO. It allows us to work even if we are not infront of computer.

In my company, we use Plandroid software for HVAC duct designing. After designing the duct plan, we use SimPRO for take off based on the duct plan. We also use this SimPRO for project management and sending quatation to customer.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

SimPRO is just a well rounded product, not focusing on one trade or customer type means everything is there for us to some degree. Where there are gaps these are filled with a reasonable API and a few useful intergrations. The support pathways and support persons are awesome, they are responsive and generally successfully solve your issues. SimPRO is well structured to ensure you follow the path from customer engagement through to billing but still provides the wiggle room for those 'special' cases that need to step off the pathway.
We haveimplemented a single company which we changed to multicompany and added another single company and the whole process for us was reasonably pain free. We had a great consultant. I am using SimPRO daily either at the front end  or via API and it just works, day in day out.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

The API forum and responses do not come up to the high standards set by the rest of the support pathways, If  these are the developers then they need some customer service front men/ladies or training. The whole submit an idea "Ideas Portal"  is full of great ideas and whilst I understand you have a grand vision some enhancements suggested would take the product to the next level. There are a lot of suggestions andit would be good to see them grouped  and merged.
Reporting data does not replicate early enough to make any reporting useful for daily reports and the lack of a yesterday filter (probably not there because of replication) is not at all user friendly.

Our business is nationwide, under multiple brands and covering a number of work streams. SimPRO has made all the resulting business data more accessible for us to work smarter and in a more collaborative environment.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

Simpro gives you full insight into your business operations. You can track all jobs, profit and losses, price list discrepancies, employee productivity, Workflows and the list goes on. Without investing in a ERP system you will never be able to draw down to see where your business wins and loses money. 

Simpro was the best software we looked at in terms of value for money. Its very user friendly and customisable to your business. It allows us to automatically send out monthly customer statements and setup an overdue invoice reminder system that works seemlessly on autopilot which was something we previously had to pay an administrator to do.

We are able to better plan for the future of our business with weekly Work in progress reports and project tracking.

We use Simpro to report on the micro side of our business (i.e. where did Joe spend 15 hours this week and what job was that allocated agaist.

We use Myob to report on the Macro side of our business (i.e. Actual gross margin achieved, net profit and loss, overhead analysis etc) and Simpro integrates directly into myob. It pushes across our sales invoices and supplier purchases without the need for any double handling. The only thing that gets entered into MYOB manually now is payroll and credit card purchases.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

It is expensive, and you feel a bit vulnerable to future price rises as once you are in it is very hard to get out.

It logs us out very quickly sometimes,,, so if you are working on a big quote if your not actively hitting save then it can log you out of your work.. We have tried to fix this but nobody at Simpro has been able to help

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having 5 branches Simpro allows us to see where all of our 50 staff are at any given time of the day, and to track what jobs are outstanding and where we are going next. It shows true costs of the job measures against what was originally estimated, and allows us to see where we made mistakes to learn for next time.

I like that it is easy to manage all of the jobs, invoices and customers in one spot. There is a good tool for logging communication with customers as well. I also like that there is a chat option to speak with someone from Simpro. It is much better than sitting on hold forever!

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

I don't like that once you have done something it's done. If you merge customers by mistake, you can't undo it. If you create an invoice, you can't correct it. You need to delete the invoice and redo it. If something is deleted, there is no undo period. With a management system, it's nice to know that if you are training someone and they mess up, you can get that information back easily.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is nice that I can track my tech's time and they can upload pictures and notes as they are working.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

Simpro helped us automate our system from doing everything on paper. Now I can see when my techs finish early or are taking longer which allows better communication with customers. The ability to go from a quote to a job to an invoice is super easy and allows us to invoice our customers immediately which in turn has improved our cash flow dramatically. Their customer service is top notch and responds very quickly. I love that I can access it from home to work remotely.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

As with any system, there are quirks but nothing that makes life too difficult. I love using the ideas portal to submit or vote on possible upgrades.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing where my guys are has been super helpful. Also being able to give them additional jobs without them having to return to the office for paperwork has increased our productivity and profitability substantially.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

First, the onboarding process is fabulous.  The hands on approach, where they take you step by step through the system and help you set it up the way you want and need it to be.  Second, the system itself is very user friendly. We are a small company so the integration process was a breeze compared to other software systems we had tried.  Simpro has many features we like, especialy the customization capability of the documents.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

We have some one off processes that we have had to find a work around for within Simpro.  Some of that is still being tested out on our side to ensure we have it right.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have the ability to house inventory within a system.  It is also very handy for maintaining customer asset information, which is key for us.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

I like the ease of use when first getting started. It's easy to quickly figure out how to get around and find what you're looking for. The main navigation is laid out logically in order of how a typical job process would flow from Lead to Invoicing. The simPRO team was extremely helpful during the implementation process and offered us many resources to help us get started.

Chat support is 24/7, so you can always chat with a customer support representive to raise issues or ask questions. This has been extremely helpful throughout our time using simPRO. The account management team is also very helpful and easy to work with. In my experience, they've always gone above and beyond when possible.

There is also a suite of add-on features that are very useful. We regularly utilize the advanced reporting capabilities offered by their BI Reporting. The underlying software for BI Reporting recently had a major overhaul, making it easier to teach regular users how to create custom reports.

For advanced use cases, APIs and Zapier can be utilized to integrate with 3rd party applications.

Overall, the software has been good to us. New people have an easy time adjusting. The simPRO team is always wonderful to work with.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

There are a couple of drawbacks. Lack of a true dispatch board and a messy, unintuitive mobile application.

I think it's time they consider a true drag-and-drop dispatch board that makes it easy for dispatch to know where technicians are, where technicians will be, what jobs are available to dispatch, and what technicians are available for jobs. They do offer a schedule board, a job board, and a service dashboard. But, these need to be on one page where dispatch can drag jobs/technicians onto a board.

Another area that needs a  work is the mobile application. Much of the features needed are there, but using the app could be better. Features and modules seem to be cobbled together in a non-intuitive manner. It would be nice if the job card sections were laid out better, easier to distinguish between each other, and was more customizable.

In addition, there are 2 major features missing from the service mobile application. A true timecard system and custom forms.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

simPRO has helped us move away from an unintuitive, out-dated, closed system that was only available to office users. Now, our people are on a cloud based system that makes getting and communicating information faster and easier. Technicians are able to better manage the jobs available to them.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

Simpro is very user freindly, supports all my needs without having to use any other software. I use Simpro daily as I can manage all jobs, quotes, staff, clients, suppliers, contractors and it also supports the financial aspects associated with those. Customer support is very good and responsive in replying to any quries about the product.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Its not a dislike but I would like a feature where you could set a notification when specific engineers begin or complete a job.

Simpro help me to manage large projects, having a historical inventory of sites / clients allows me to keep track and provide a better client service.

We love the flow from quotes to jobs, purchase orders to jobs, and the full inventory it tracks.  Time tracking has been great for the employees.  we also love the search functions - our last program would not search partial words

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Very choppy, and order must be followed.  We also do not like the unability to alter a job after it's been sent to invoicing.  Hate the idea of deleting invoice, alter job, resend to invoicing, re-editing invoice.  Also hate that there is no DNE ability.  We work with lots of major contractors that work with Do Not Exceed limits, and this would be so helpful, even an override would be nice.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps track jobs, parts, and quotes.  This has been great for referencing.

By far one of the easiest software’s to pickup and use quickly backed with a stunning video training suite online and ready to go from day one. The step me through training is some of the best I have seen using software for 25 years. The end to end job management from quote to invoice is allows us to see where the profit and loss is coming for each job or customer. We have used some of the great simPRO embedded integration to allow other software to help reduce admin. The simPRO API is also allowing us to integrate with our current web offerings easily.

Overall the only issue is getting great ideas from customers into the software fast. The customisation team at simPRO pickup the slack here to help.

The design is extremely difficult to work with. It is impossible to have efficient time tracking, job costing. There are no efficient integrations with payroll platforms and expense tracking.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simpro does not solve any problems and we have found no benefit from Simpro.
We tried Simpro as they market themselves as a comprehensive platform for job costing and project management. Simpro premium was not a good fit for us as time tracking was inefficient and expensing was impossible. Every expense had to be entered as a PO, then manually receive. Integration with our accounting system relied on manual syncronization. This system caused 3x more work for our team and caused disorganization with job costing.

As an administrator, I like the features and customizability of Simpro. With Simpro I can create notifications, alerts, and forms for our work orders/quotes/invoices. As well as having the ability to view the status of our technicians in the field.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

When I'm creating invoices and approving the work orders. The AI will override the times I have approved. 

For example, there is an order for the labor that is being billed on an invoice. First comes our technician's time and then the assistant's time. If there's overtime it will be added after regular time. However, I have experienced Simpro overriding the order of the times we are billing. This can be frustrating to have to correct.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have the ability to do things that were not possible with our last software. 

1. Quotes and Estimates
2. Custom notifications

4. Integrates with QuickBooks and many other softwares

Simpro has awesome customizations and the support staff was amazing. Lots of awesome features and app was easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

The one downside of Simpro is there are a lot of rabbit holes you have to go down to get to certain pages. We used the software for awhile but ended up having to change due to complexities that didn't work well for a pool company. I think it could have worked for us but I didn't have enough support from my team in implementation (not Simpro's fault at all).

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simpro was going to be our main scheduling software and worked well for our pool routes for awhile, but we ended up having to change softwares due to our own staffing issues. It is a pretty complex system to set up and customize to fit to our company so there was a lot to do on the backend. I think they've got an awesome team and a great software, just in the end wasn't the best for a pool service company with as many departments as ours had.

WE ARE ALSO USING THE SIMPRO API, AND ARE CURRENTLY HAVING ISSUES BUT WE CAN'T GET ANY HELP AT ALL. NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP US. SIMPRO DOESN'T CARE. EVEN IF WE'RE ALREADY LOSING MONEY BECAUSE OF OUR ISSUE. THEY CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO HELP US. THEY WILL REDIRECT YOU TO A FORUM WHERE VERY BUSY API DEVELOPERS RESPOND TO YOUR ISSUES ONLY IF THEY HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO HELP. THERE'S NO ACTUAL SUPPORT STRUCTURE.

It is easy to learn and master. I love that there are tutorials for everything; it really takes out the need for training a new person. Their customer service is great, they are always available for a chat to resolve any issues.

There seems to be a lot of round about ways for doing things in SimPRO. If I run into something buggy, the fix is sometimes a work around and doesnt seem like an efficient way of doing something. I think the system could use some upgrades to make it more robust.

SimPRO is our project management software. We manage jobs and timecards within SimPRO. It has taken the place of Excel spreadsheets.

I have loved that SimPro has become a mostly central touch point for our operations. Being able to go from sales lead all the way to final invoicing, with the bulk of our attention being in this single interface, has been helpful for our processes.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

There are a number or work flows that are tedious and combersome; where some software's might have a single action, SimPro may require navigating through to a destination with 4-5 clicks. The other piece that has been disappointing is the integrations and their lack of usefulness or support for them. Things like the email or voip integrations are confusing to implement, and if there are issues then you are pointed to whatever other company is involved. So, no one inside SimPro support helps keeps those features moving forward or working

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving us a single pane of glass to track sales, projects, service calls, inventory, and invoicing.

-Automated Recurring Invoices (Makes it super easy to send out monthly invoices to our clients)
-Commissions (No more manually calculating sales commission on jobs)
-Smooth workflow (I now can go from a sales lead, to a quote, to a job without having to duplicate or triplicate my work)
-Implementation of the product was a breeze. I was up and running and no time!

No integration with a true document signature platform. We are having to use SignNow for the moment.

Simpro has made it super easy to do a deep dive on the profitability of my jobs. Before, I could only guess at what costs were associated with each specific job.

Allows us to get everything in one place for the most part
Capability to manage jobs very well from sales to follow up
Great tools to control job costs
Syncs pretty well with accounting software

Interface is not intuitive and there's a long and hard learning curve.
Only supports cash basis accounting, work-arounds suggested for accrual-based accounting require a massive administrative burden. 
Payment processing tools are terrible, only intigrates with Square and there is no ACH option, so if someone wants to pay ACH we have to send invoice from quickbooks

I love that the software has the ability to create estimates quickly. Work flows between estimating, ordering and work orders have been a life saver! The new takeoff software allows quick estimating alongside a plan set. The customer service department is always available and ready to assit with any issues that come up.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

I wish asset tracking was a little more organized. Financial statements are based on accrual. I wish there were some statements based on cash flow. The mobile application can glitch at times but all in all a great product.

It solves all  workflow issues including lead managment, estimating, ordering, job scheduling / tracking and invoicing.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

SimPRO has helped us grow our asset management with our customers. It has been helpful to track history and easy helpful to list to our customers which asset needs the repair.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

SimPRO has alot of steps in the process of quoting, job workorders and invoicing. For the system to work properly you have to be very careful to every detail or you miss something along the way. It will take time to learn the steps, but you will get the hang of it.

It is helping cut down on the amount of paperwork for each job and the communication between mobile users and the office.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

I love how user friendly it is!  If there's something you can't work out it's easy to click on 'walk me through' and you can work it out.  It's really helped to streamline our business and make us more efficient.  
Customer service is very approachable as well and follows through on making sure issues are rectified.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Entering invoices manually could be a bit easier.  To have to create PO, enter detail and then go to a different area to receipt it sometimes feels a bit clunky.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us capture all staff hours as well as materials used thereby increasing our revenue.

As a service company, Simpro is really straight forward for creating an managing the jobs our techs have to go go each day.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

As a service company, Simpro is long and complex for inventory management. This makes it very difficult when trying to orginize parts for different machines with the same manufacturer. Rather than having one storage device for the manufacturer which can then be broken down into the different machines, each section has to be its own storage device. This leads to long lists of storage devices that are difficult to keep track of and move parts between

Tracking service jobs, invoicing, and inventory management

Simpro is very simple to learn how to use. It's also very easy to teach to someone else. I love that it gives the ability to add notes everywhere from the customer to the site to the specific job.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Pulling accurate reports is nigh unto impossible.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us the ability to schedule jobs, the techs have Simpro on the tablets, we build quotes directly in Simpro and then email them to the customer. We can also create and send invoices directly from Simpro.

It has cut down on the time of our admin almost 70%. It also has helped us level our customer experience up and our business has been excelling using it. It has so many features that each week we keep laying in and its making our experience even better. We have recemmended it to multiple people and one already signed on.

The only con we have found is it is complex and there are some silly nuances that it uses but you get use them. None of this is really a con.

Scheduling, Invoicing and being able to stay on top of leads and jobs.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

The ability to track a job from initial lead right the way through to scheduling after sales visits is great. No more spreadsheets and the ability to process data within one central hub of info is really beneficial. The implementation team were invaluable in adapting SimPRO to our specific requirements and integrating it to our existing manufacturing processes.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

It's not without its quirks! Some of the features are very specific to a plumbing / fit out industry; not something remotely close to our industry. There is a steep learning curve that can feel quite overwhelming, although the support and training is very good.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data analysis within a central hub is invaluable. It's actually meant we have much greater confidence in our costings and profit reports. There's more work to do, but it's been great so far.

Robust system and amplitude.  There are many areas of business processes that this software allowss a company to address and modify.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Unlike typical business office software like Word or Excel where one can modify a file and save it under a new file name, leaving the old file as it was, one is not able to pull up a working sample of an invoice or job for instance, modify it , and save the modifications under a new file name AND KEEP THE OLD FILE UNDER ITS OLD NAME - ITS GONE BABY!

Simpro is amazing for it's ability to mainstream multiple corporate components into 1 system.  When you add integration options from other software, combined with an open API, allows for additional seamless workflows.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Simpro has many features that seam like an poor executed afterthough, or lack the ability to be turned enabled/disabled or customized by user.  In some instances, this makes simple tasks much more complex than necessary based on user workflow.

Simpro is helping with seamless integration, reduction of physical paperwork, inventory management, field technicians ability to see service history, customer communications and billing through portals, etc.

Global search capability/ease of use for any search.
Purchase order/item catalog works great.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Can not invoice multiple sites to a master customer, and be able to report on the invoice line item detail.

For recurring monthly invoices where a customer has multiple line items on different billing cycles, a separate invoice is required for each different billing cycle, which results in multiple invoices being sent 

Currently does not integrate with a payment processor that handles both credit card and ACH.

Entire customer lifecycle from lead to proposal to implementation to asset tracking.

**What do you like best about Simpro?**

The program has definitely made the administration and workflow much easier. This then feeds back with good reporting. Once you understand the interconnection of eash element of the app/program, made the communication within my division and clients much easier.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

One thing that was difficult was the first initial setup so that it can work within our industry. There are still a few things that we need to find a work around for as our application or approach is a bit different to the general trades.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The first problem we got resolved was the reduction of paper. Everything is digital and a few clicks away. Second was my bugbear and was the process and execution of invoicing. Now it is fast and correct. As long as the job cards get completed corrected

So far, everything! User friendly interface. Numerous features, some of which won't be used and others which we didn't realuse we needed. There's a lot of thinking - well I hadn't considered that, that's well handy

The implementation is a lot and can take quite a few weeks when you really just want to get stuck into it

Bringing together multiple systems that are used throughout the business and putting them all into one software. Numerous back and forth between staff members will be eliminated as everything will be visible by everyone all in one place.

simPRO is easy to implement and use. We have a multi company build and use it on the daily. The customer support team is great and always get back to you. There are so many features, a lot of which we under utilize currently. We also send accounting information back and forth from Xero and use the outlook calendar intergration feature.

**What do you dislike about Simpro?**

Scheduling multi companies can be difficult, if you book something in from one company you can not change it from another company. This is a good feature, but makes it difficult sometime.
Not having many options for the mobile app, in regards to what the operators can see on the app.

**What problems is Simpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling and being able to see where everyone is across mulitple companys.
Having everything in one place.
