This platform is amazing. Everything is laid out intuitively, the interface is clean and modern, and you can accomplish tasks without feeling like you're fighting the software. Sequence has been a game-changer for us in scaling our revenue collection without adding headcount. Honestly, there’s very little to critique. Our engineering team conducted extensive testing before we moved forward, so we had full confidence in the platform’s capabilities. Since implementation, the Sequence team has been outstanding in their support, even fast-tracking feature requests that have saved us additional time each week. The Sequence team has built a great product that does what they say it will do. Our ability to schedule billing for a variety of complex agreements and then easily sync customer usage is a huge win. Since it is a pretty new product, there are some basic quality of life features that haven't been built yet that more mature products have. Thankfully their development pace seems quick and they are extremely responsive to feedback. We've had features released only a few weeks after requesting them. We have 50+ usage-based products, so being able to send accurate invoices for our custom contracts was very important.
