Stripe Billing couldn't handle our pricing complexity and the interface was painful for our team to use daily. We were constantly fighting the system to do the most basic billing operations. Sequence gives us more flexibility we need for custom pricing while being incredibly easy to use. Our sales and finance teams can collaborate more effectively now. We're constantly exploring different pricing models as we grow, so finding a billing provider that could support anything we throw at it was crucial. We can handle everything through Sequence - usage-based, flat fees, percentage pricing, minimum commitments etc. The QuickBooks integration is great, with item syncing and account code mapping that keeps our books organized.
