What do you like best about Sequence?

We really like the flexible UI and billing engine, which stood out compared to the legacy systems we had tried before. The no-code dashboard and modern design make it so much easier to adjust pricing for our custom contracts. The team provided excellent support during onboarding, and since switching to Sequence, we've saved 28 hours on our monthly billing runs—down from 30 originally. What do you like best about Sequence?

Our team switched over to Sequence to manage our billing and invoicing after being with another vendor, and found that Sequence was better suited to our pricing model. What really stood out to us was how well it can handle all of our custom contracts across the business. We’ve also really appreciated how supportive the Sequence team has been. What do you like best about Sequence?

They've provided us with a straightforward way to setup our various pricing plans in an invoicing tool. The way that they setup pricing means we have a lot of flexibility with how we price for each of our customers (eg. flat monthly fees, prices per transactions, % fees, capped fees).

It's easy to review invoices before sending them out or to bulk send once they've been reviewed.

Integration with Xero means that we can keep track of what has been paid and what hasn't, and this information automatically marks invoices in Sequence as paid/unpaid.

Automatic chaser emails go out for unpaid invoices which is useful.

Sequence has been very open to feedback, and features that we've wanted have generally been quick to materialise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sequence?

What do you like best about Sequence?

The dashboard UI is really nice, like second to none. Our team had subpar experiences with legacy billing platforms and Sequence is a refreshing departure with their modern design and interface. What do you like best about Sequence?

The UI and finance dashboard is extremely nice to use. We looked at many billing players but found them to be quite complicated and not well suited to our referral pricing model. The Sequence team were very hands on with making sure we had all of the support we needed, but once we got into the product there was very little guidance needed - the workflow from contract to invoice extremely smooth. What do you like best about Sequence?

The speed at which the Sequence team ships new features to the platform. Since we onboarded in 2022, we have seen Sequence transform into a best-in-class revenue collection platform. We also greatly appreciated the quick action on many small features we requested throughout our journey. We committed to a 3-year term following our first year as we want to ensure Sequence is vocal part of our growth journey at Konfir. Sequence is a new platform and we have some complex edge cases that the system can't yet solve for. These are slightly beyond the scope of what the system was intended for.
