"Smooth Transition and Enhanced Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I like how Agentforce makes tasks faster and easier by providing quick and accurate support to agents. The quick responses, easy access to information, and smooth workflow make Agentforce especially helpful. The initial setup was fairly easy and straightforward with minimal adjustment needed for the team, which is a big plus. Transitioning to Agentforce from our previous support tools aimed at improving efficiency and streamlining workflows has been beneficial. The automation of repetitive tasks and the ability to provide faster customer support while giving agents the right information quickly have improved both efficiency and customer experience. What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Sometimes the responses can be too general or miss specific details, so improving accuracy and context would help. There is a need to improve response accuracy, speed, and context awareness, especially for specific customer concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Less Time Chasing Updates, More Time Moving Work Forward"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What stands out most is how Agentforce Service helps manage operational processes at scale. I work with partner-related requests that often involve several teams, approvals, and documentation requirements. The platform provides a clear record of activities, making it easier to track progress, ensure follow-through, and maintain accurate data. The reporting and workflow capabilities have also helped improve efficiency and visibility within our partner operations processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

If I had to point out one drawback, it would be that not every issue has an obvious answer. When a workflow, approval path, or automation doesn't behave as expected, it can take some digging to figure out what's happening behind the scenes. As someone who works with operational processes across multiple teams, I've learned that the flexibility of the platform is both a strength and a challenge. Once things are configured correctly, they work well, but getting there can sometimes require extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful for Finding Essential Services, Though Occasional Glitches Persist"

Problems It Solves

It addresses the struggle of managing high volumes of customer inquiries and the problem, where support agents have to jump between multiple different tools to find a single customer's history. It also solves the issue of slow response times by using AI to handle repetitive questions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Powered Efficiency Boost with Agentforce Service"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I really like how Agentforce Service combines case management, workflow automation, and AI-powered assistance all in one platform. It lets agents access relevant customer information quickly and helps automate repetitive tasks. The AI assistance is particularly helpful for resolving issues more efficiently and maintaining a consistent service experience. I also appreciate that centralized customer data is available for better visibility, which improves response times and overall operating efficiency. Integrating Agentforce Service with Salesforce CRM gives us a massive benefit by staying connected to workflows and reducing the need for data transfer between systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Agentforce Service works well overall, but the initial setup and customization require some technical expertise. The platform could be improved with a simpler configuration, more intuitive administration, and clearer guidance for setting up advanced AI and automation features. Simplifying the features and customization is a key area that could use improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful CRM with Advanced AI, But Expensive"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I really appreciate the smart AI in Agentforce Service which uses real CRM data to provide accurate answers. The automated ticket summaries and routing features are fantastic as they save support reps a ton of manual work. I also love that the AI pulls live customer data, like past purchases and active orders, directly from the CRM, ensuring answers are accurate rather than generic. Additionally, the automated summaries of long support chat notes save reps from having to wrap up chats manually. I find it extremely valuable that Agentforce Service integrates customer service, sales, and marketing, bringing everything into a single CRM ecosystem backed by powerful AI that understands the whole customer's history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Agentforce Service is definitely not user-friendly out of the box, with a massive headache setup and a really steep learning curve. If you're not careful, the pricing can get super brutal and expensive very fast. It requires a big enterprise with the budget and technical team to handle it, making it way easier to manage with more flexible pricing models like flat user seat options or clearer action-based tracking without needing a massive technical team. "Efficient Automation with Agentforce Service, Minor Lightning Component Limitations"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I like using Agentforce Service for its automation features, which help our agents with day-to-day activities automatically. The service console is great, as it provides valid articles and handles customer complaints efficiently with the knowledge articles available on the Lightning platform. This helps our agents stay informed and assist customers promptly. The product also helps with logging calls and updating ticket information automatically, which saves time and effort. The AI capabilities, combined with traditional support models, noticeably improve our task efficiency and resolution times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

The Lightning component can be overwhelming when trying to display a lot of information during customer calls, which makes it a bit cumbersome. The pricing of Agentforce Service can also be a concern, which is why we're using an alternative like Twilio Flex for some functionalities, as it's more cost-effective in our case. "Effortless Configuration and High ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I like Agentforce Service for its ease of use and easy configuration, which allows us to go live faster by configuring deals quickly. The team quickly adapted and realized the value of Agentforce Service, and now they are pretty happy with it. The initial setup was also pretty easy, taking only a day or two. The return on investment for our automation is pretty high, and we managed to reduce the number of resources needed for configuration. Overall, transitioning from manual Microsoft Excel work to Agentforce Service has been smooth for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

The number of resources needed to configure is pretty low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful AI-driven service platform — great capability but complex"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Users like best that Agentforce Service enables seamless collaboration between AI agents and human reps across every channel, letting autonomous agents handle high-volume, low-touch interactions and hand off complex cases to humans only when needed. They also value the unified, real-time customer profile in the agent workspace (powered by Data Cloud), which drives faster, more context-rich, and more consistent case resolution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

Users mainly dislike the platform's complexity and steep learning curve, particularly around configuring automation, workflows, and custom integrations, which requires significant time and technical expertise for new users. Cost is another common frustration, as additional licensing and feature add-ons can drive up expenses quickly, making it less accessible for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Case Management and AI Automation That Boosts Service Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

What I like best about Agentforce Service is how it brings customer information, case management, and AI-powered capabilities into one place. As someone still learning the platform, I find the centralized view and automation capabilities especially helpful for understanding how service teams can work more efficiently and provide faster, more consistent customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

As someone still new to Agentforce Service, I find that the platform can feel overwhelming at first because of the number of features, configurations, and options available. The learning curve could be smoother, with more intuitive guidance to help new users quickly understand and take advantage of its capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Platform with Exceptional Flexibility and Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud?

I really like the breadth of Agentforce Service and how it compares to other platforms. I find the user interface to be definitely a standout feature, especially with its connectedness and integrations, including Salesforce voice's telephony aspects. I also appreciate the customizability of the console, which allows you to put important information in front of agents where they can access it easily. This flexibility often surprises clients in a good way. Additionally, the knowledge base case swarming, interconnectedness to Slack, and the console's single pane of glass view are quite invaluable. The speed at which I can configure and deploy the service adds more value to it. Overall, there's no other solution that is as strong as Agentforce Service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud?

The main issue we face with Agentforce Service is that our clients often struggle with understanding the knowledge and the different licenses of knowledge. Creating all those knowledge articles upfront can be surprising for clients, and it's an area that could use some improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
