# Which aviation authoring solutions keep documentation current with OEM service bulletins and technical revisions?

OEM service bulletins don't wait for anyone's publishing schedule, and that's really the test for any Aviation Authoring platform: can it get a revision live and distributed before the old version causes a problem? Same caveat as always with this category: reviewer volume is small, so I'm working from the handful of products with actual feedback.

Web Manuals: Its compliance libraries are maintained by industry experts and updated as EASA and FAA amendments land, and reviewers describe automated revision numbering and revision bars that update pages without manual renumbering. Does anyone know how it handles a bulletin that touches a manual section already mid-review?

FL3XX Aviation Management: Reviewers describe real-time data sharing across dispatch, maintenance, and crew, which matters when a bulletin changes a maintenance interval and multiple departments need to see it at once.

Yonder: The one detailed review describes linking manuals to aviation regulations so a manual doesn't go stale when a new revision is released, and highlights and notes that persist across revisions, which are useful for tracking what actually changed between versions. Has anyone pushed a bulletin through this and timed how long the distribution end-to-end took?

From what limited feedback exists in this category, the bottleneck seems to sit more with the review chain than the software itself, since even a platform that pushes a revision live instantly still needs a person with authority to actually approve it, and a team without a dedicated compliance department usually doesn't have that approval sitting with one person who can move fast. The Web Manuals question about a bulletin landing mid-review is really the same issue, the software can version and flag the conflict, but resolving it still depends on someone available to make the call.
