**What do you like best about Revenue.io?**

I love how Revenue.io organizes and speeds up my sales process with its various features. Being able to make calls from my computer and get transcripts is super convenient for my sales job. The guided selling feature helps me automate and streamline sales objectives and KPIs. One of the things that stands out is its integration with Salesforce, which is a huge win for me. It allows me to see all my activities like calls and texts within Salesforce records and use guided selling right alongside them.

**What do you dislike about Revenue.io?**

I wish the transcripts would pop up sooner, and that incoming calls would link to Salesforce records. It was a lot of working out the kinks but we got there.

**What problems is Revenue.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revenue.io lets me make calls from my computer, get transcripts, and streamline sales objectives with guided selling. It helps organize and speed up my sales process, and the Salesforce integration is a big win for tracking activity and using guided selling.

**What do you like best about Revenue.io?**

I like the partnership with Revenue.io and the people we get to work with, as they invest time and resources into their customers. They have Jordan, who provides amazing support and has been great for years. Everything in their tech stack works well for us, and even though the initial setup can become complex depending on the use case, they have plenty of support to help.

**What do you dislike about Revenue.io?**

Everything in their tech stack works well for us. However, I would like to use the AI results directly in Salesforce more. For example, I think they could build an AI driven  lead score based on phone call that aligns to a scorecard pretty well, and pass that information to the activity or custom conversation records for improved lead management.

**What problems is Revenue.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revenue.io helps our team manage high call volumes, improves call quality, ensures accurate Salesforce logging without manual work, and provides reliable data for coaching, QA, and performance metrics tailored with AI tools.

**What do you like best about Revenue.io?**

I like that Revenue.io is a unified platform that simplifies our previous setup. The built-in conversation intelligence allows us to record and analyze customer interactions, providing automated coaching to our team. I'm particularly fond of the 'Moments' feature, which proactively assists and coaches our frontline reps by providing critical information at the right moment during calls. This feature is forward-thinking, and we're excited about its potential. Additionally, Revenue.io integrates seamlessly with our Salesforce platform, enhancing our workflow without issues. Finally, the implementation was smoother thanks to Revenue.io's team, which worked closely with us to ensure a successful rollout.

There are just some reporting and insights capabilities that our previous call intelligence tool has that are slightly stronger. Revenue.io is very receptive to customer feedback and is constantly iterating on its features.

**What do you like best about Revenue.io?**

I use Revenue.io to dial through follow ups and analyze my calls with prospects in Salesforce. I like the rev.ai feature where I can get feedback based on all of my activities on an opportunity. I also like that I can just click a phone number on the top of a report and access all of my past notes and engagement within the dialer. It allows me to go back to the transcript of past calls and gather notes, pain points, and gives me feedback on what could have been better. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Revenue.io?**

I think that the emails could be improved by allowing you to respond to email threads and add files to the email directly from the opportunity in Salesforce, rather than flip flopping back and forth from Outlook to Salesforce.

**What problems is Revenue.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Revenue.io to dial follow-ups and analyze calls in Salesforce. It helps me access call transcripts to gather notes and feedback, and I like the rev.ai feature that provides feedback on opportunity activities.

**What do you like best about Revenue.io?**

I really like the guided selling in Revenue.io. It's great that I can stay on one screen and do everything, which makes things easier. The prioritization action list helps a lot, with faster ramp time and reduced guesswork. It's handy that the system not only tells what to do next but lets you act on it without leaving your day-to-day workflow. I also find the comprehensive dashboard and reporting useful for informing decision making. The initial setup was very easy, and I use it with Salesforce. Switching from RingCentral to Revenue.io has been a good move for me.

There are few feature we don't have such as implementing branded calling which is still ongoing

**What do you like best about Revenue.io?**

I really appreciate that Revenue.io is Salesforce native and that it seamlessly logs all data to our CRM in a timely and accurate manner. This integration is super reliable since there's no reliance on a formal API or third-party source, enhancing the accuracy of our recorded data. I also value the working relationship with their team. From sales reps to implementation and support, they have been phenomenal partners who add a tremendous amount of value. Revenue.io's team is always open to problem-solving with us, especially when certain out-of-the-box features didn't meet our specific needs. They actively involved themselves in finding solutions, allowing us to effectively leverage their platform. Their implementation team is top-notch, providing great support during the setup. Overall, it's really beneficial for my sales organization to have access to their telephony functionality and conversation intelligence features, which streamline our operations.

**What do you dislike about Revenue.io?**

Revenue.io doesn't have a formal mobile app and instead relies on a progressive web app, making certain functions like audio and wifi connection less reliable. The mobile experience isn't as robust as we would like. They are looking to improve this with updates in the coming year. Also, the company doesn't offer external integrations outside of Salesforce and Google Meet/Outlook, which limits the value of the data captured for other teams and tools within our company. Integrations with tools like Slack would be highly beneficial.

Revenue.io allows us to make and receive calls and texts across the 8 countries we operate in. It also offers scorecards and coaching features to enhance rep performance, and ensures our interactions are accurately logged to our CRM, improving customer data quality.

I like that the workflow tool in Revenue.io is very easy to use. It allows you to get very granular and have multiple flows. You can add multiple numbers to multiple flows and change them very easily. It supports different types of round robins and simul ring. It just offers better options than other tools.

It could look more advanced inside of the Salesforce CTI and have more AI features available.

Our company uses Revenue.io as our main phone system, and the connection that it has with Salesforce means that our agents can easily take information between systems to ensure our clients have the best experience possible. The team at Revenue.io is constantly improving their features and expanding into new technological areas, with their AI scorecards providing valuable insight for management and agent alike.

**What do you dislike about Revenue.io?**

There are various issues that some of our users experience; dropped calls, random log-outs that impact both the dialer and Salesforce, and microphone problems - yet a majority of these may not be the fault of Revenue.io. The reports that come out of the box in the Analytics page can have differing numbers/statistics than what can be found in Salesforce reporting.

As our main phone system, it allows us to seamlessly connect with our clients via means of call and text. The Guided Selling system that Revenue.io introduces also helps to ensure that our agents stay on top of their prospects by engaging in regular check-up cadences with them.

At our organization, it doesn't plug into our workflows in the most user friendly way. However, this may be a limitation to how we currently have it set up and integrated, and not a limitation of the tool.

Revenue.io makes it much easier to hop from meeting to meeting without worrying that you're going to miss next steps from the previous meeting. Calls are recorded, with recaps and next steps, to make it easy to ensure that follow up isn't missed. It also ensures our team is following the outlined sales processes.

I am impressed with Revenue.io for several reasons. The setup was straightforward, especially with their knowledgeable support team that offered several training sessions, ensuring we were confident with the system. Being Salesforce-native, it integrated seamlessly with our existing processes, which was a significant plus. I appreciate the reliability and intuitive design of the platform, as well as its advanced features like AI summaries and capabilities, which surpass those of other systems we considered. I really enjoy the flexibility to switch phone numbers effortlessly, which was important for our team transitioning from multiple systems. Features like call forwarding and voicemail drops are user-friendly and save time, while the unique 'baseball cards' in Salesforce add valuable functionality. Furthermore, the ability to directly create records from the platform is a huge time-saver for our reps. AI features for call improvement and coaching have been incredibly valuable for enhancing team insights. On the Salesforce side, the ease of adding and removing fields from the baseball cards is fantastic. Integrating with RingDNA has brought in valuable conversation data, aiding future automations and AI capabilities. The migration to Rev i.O has been very seamless as a result of their subject matter expert - Jessie Hamilton. As a sales lead I really like the interface and how you can customize it to the org's needs and KPIs especially within the scorecards.

**What do you dislike about Revenue.io?**

I would like to see scorecard averages across coached calls, and for each lead to view the number of calls coached versus the highlights and annotations. This makes it easier to ensure they’re holding themselves accountable to lead targets and objectives.

I like using Revenue.io because, as an admin, I can do everything in the platform declaratively, which allows me to execute tasks quickly. The setup was very easy, which was a definite plus.

I don't love the fact that you can't create permissions sets based on roles. Configuring an agent's settings takes way too long during onboarding.

I really like Revenue.io for its AI-generated auto email templates after calls. They save me a lot of time by allowing just a few tweaks before sending, instead of drafting an entire new email. It's also an awesome tool for improving phone etiquette and cold calling skills. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

Sometimes my headset would randomly disconnect especially when I'm using Microsoft Teams.

I love how Revenue.io makes it very easy to perform daily tasks and communicate via text messages with clients. The fact that you can upload files and media to send them as if using a WhatsApp channel is very useful. I also appreciate its simplicity and straightforwardness; just log in to your Salesforce account, click on a phone number, and it will automatically open Revenue.io. The functionality is great. It's very easy to use, and the user interface is quite easy.

Knowing that support or your CSM are only a message away and typically respond quickly. I also enjoy how truly integrated the platform is with Salesforce making lead updates and call tracking easy. Guided selling makes lead follow up and pipeline management a breeze.

There are intermittent tech or software issues that cause the app to reload or not save notes at times.

Sometimes, after I have a call, it disappears from the location where it was and I'm unable to locate it afterward... luckily this has only happened a couple times

It's nice that it has memory - a client I have worked with will have their name popup in the queue so I don't have to play a guessing game.

I appreciate the call quality of Revenue.io, which is important when having conversations with international users. I like the standardized call timing feature, like not being able to dial before 7:30 AM, as it adds a layer of professionalism. The standardized calling process for clients feels genuine.

I find the mobile app underwhelming. It could be improved with the ability to dial Indian clients.

Revenue.io has been a game-changer in the call management and lead contact/cadence space. The ability for the information directly in Salesforce is great.

The least helpful part would be that there are still areas to develop when thinking about call flows and the dialer but they are always working on improving.

I love that the tool is fully integrated into Google Chrome and using it is intuitive. It is easy to install (with the support of the Revenue.io team) and once it's on your browser, all you have to do to access it is click a button. We have very few major issues with Revenue.io. The platform does what it is supposed to do and, aside from the occasional technical hiccup where audio gets a little glitchy (which may just be due to poor internet connection), there aren't any glaring issues we have encountered.

Our decision came down to who do we trust, who meets our needs and makes our users happy, and who gives us the best support when needed? 
Sean McDonald has been an amazing partner. Always upbeat, always willing to dive in to support us. Even when the pressure is on, he works with us as teammate. 
Our users enjoy their product. It's user friendly, intuitive and through this process, we discovered other features we were not taking advantage of. Our Sales Manager raved about the Inbox features, her ability to easily review conversations with Conversation AI, and how she uses flagged calls for coachable moments, or to improve call scripts based on call scores.
Their support team is incredibly quick. I put in a ticket, and in 3 mins I had a response and the issue was resolved. I can't ask for better service. We've been incredibly happy with their product and service.

Guided selling lacked some features we really needed, like just being able to reassign a contact in sequence to a new owner.

The biggest asset RevIO has it's stellar implementation team, yes- it is has incredibly robust features, automates manual tasks, integrates seamlessly into Salesforce, capturing all calls and contacts and content, uses AI to distill valuable insights from all the content collected- but all that is useless if your go to market team doesn't use it or it gets partially implemented- the biggest driver of our enablement and success has been the phenomenal partnership with a world class implementation and training team at RevIO.

I have yet to find anything that I dislike about RevIO.

We had a very passive approach to CRM usage prior to RevIO- we couldn't track sales activity or standard metrics simply because the CRM was not being used for anything other than high level opportunity tracking.  Now that we have deployed RevIO, not only do we have tremendous insight into activity, we've also removed much of the manual work that hindered CRM data collection. RevIO automatically logs interactions with prospects and clients, eliminating the need to manually log calls, emails, and follow-ups.  The tool integrates seamlessly with email and calendars, and the automated data syncing keeps everything up to date within the CRM tool.  Sales and Account Management is spending less time on administrative tasks and follow up and focusing more on the high-value aspects of the job. The tool's AI-driven coaching feedback also gives managers tremendous insight and direction on their teams performance giving them the ability to have greater impact across their teams.

Our Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Hayley, makes a huge difference. We have had a couple of different ECSM's after having the tool for a couple of years but Hayley really goes above and beyond to solve our challenges and even more crucial help us get more value out of the tool. This helps us more effectively track top performers and highlights coaching opportunities.

It is native to Salesforce so it integrates seamlessly to our workflow which is very handy.

Sometimes there are clunky things which don't seem to make too much sense -- emails tracked to salesforce weren't including any personalisation that was made to the email template.     HOWEVER -- they do genuinely take your suggestions on board and this was updated in a new update so it does feel like a collaborative experience.

Efficiency is the biggest one so far, previously the sales process was a lot more cumbersome.

The managed package inside of Salesforce for Guided Selling is truly incredible. I love how easy it is to convert Salesforce knowledge into building new sequences. The automation capabilities for sequencing can be really intelligent if some foresight goes into it. I'm excited to dive into using Guided Selling to automate CS efforts like renewal.

The interfaces for reps to organize and search through content are a little rough. It is hard to quickly get to the sequence you need if you weren't intentional about naming conventions. A thorough plan of how to manage naming conventions, determine the deletion/deactivation of old sequences, and organize the management of the template and snippet libraries is a must for a clean environment.

**What do you like best about Revenue.io?**

RingDNA is an incredible product! From click to dial, to taking notes, to streamlining cold calling.  I can’t recommend this product enough! Also, the customer support is top notch! Overall one of the best things I have for my business.

No downsides, it is a fantastic product.

**What problems is Revenue.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining outbound sales calls and making it easier on me to make these calls.

**What do you like best about Revenue.io?**

The product is thoughtful in its approach to the market, but honestly feels several years outdated. 

It has great features in many of the products including ringdna and conversation ai.

**What do you dislike about Revenue.io?**

Guided selling was the worst sales engagement tool that I have ever used. 
Also task management is cumbersome. 

In other tools I can manage all my tasks in a singular interface, but in Revenue I need to manage salesforce tasks and guided selling tasks separately. 

Conversation intelligence interface is extremely clunky and not intuitive for a new user. 

Moments is a nightmare as it requires a huge amount of real estate for not that much value.

**What do you like best about Revenue.io?**

Their product is exactly what we need to ensure our Sales and Support teams have a reliable way to communicate to our customers. Additionally, Revenue.io's customer support is extremely responsive and always willing to help.

**What do you dislike about Revenue.io?**

I do wish there was an easier way for non-admin users to view agent statuses over time, but that hasn't been too much of an issue thus far. Anything else that comes up is usually resolved quickly due to their responsiveness and willingness to help.

**What problems is Revenue.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calls are easily routed to queues we have created for our Support teams. Our Sales teams find the product easy to use and all of our call data is stored in Salesforce to be able to easily track and report on.

**What do you like best about Revenue.io?**

Revenue IO has significantly improved our inside sales teams processes and procedures. Adopting the RingDNA intelligent dialer, we have been able to increase volumes, eliminate missed and manual reporting errors and streamline the overall operation of selling internally.

Guided Selling has been an incredible addtion to our technology stack. The days of manually releasing email blasts, and logging each activity has come to an end. The implementation was simple and support model has been great. Integrating with our CRM couldnt have been simpler.

**What do you dislike about Revenue.io?**

We would like to see 24/7 live person support. We have reps located in APAC and EMEA that occasionally will have a question or issue. They know to email support, however the response generally isnt until hours later during US business hours.

**What problems is Revenue.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The largest problem we faced as an organization when we established our inside sales team was finding a technology to streamline all parts of the activity. Since then, we no longer manually dial, send emails, record activities, etc.
