Revenue.io is easy to use, is extremely helpful when reviewing calls for compliance and training, and makes it easy to find the student's account in Salesforce. What do you dislike about Revenue.io? Overall I do not have any dislikes for the system. It rarely suffers from any technical hiccups, and if it does, they are resolved quickly. Updates, metrics, etc, are done in real-time. It's a very intuitive system. Revenue.io has a wide product range that allowed us to consolidate our "tech stack" instead of having to piece meal together several different platforms and their respective integrations. While their support team is extremely responsive and helpful, they do take longer to triage and find solvency than other vendors I have worked with in the past. We have a lot of inbound lead traffic, specifically with campaign specific phone numbers and being able to track and manage these numbers into specific call flows and queues has been paramount for proper lead attribution. You are always able to do your job, call leads from all over the world, and never feel like you are lost in a non-user-friendly interface. RingDNA also has a great connection with SalesForce, which is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Revenue.io? Some improvement points that I would like to give: - When we are using a queue with other BDRs, there is no way of knowing that another person has picked up a missed call. Because of that, keeping track of missed calls and then ringing them back is becoming more complicated than what it should have been. It would be great if there is a way to see when someone else picks up a call from within the same call queue. - You can't add a voicemail from an MP3 file. Currently, the only way to add a voicemail to send to a lead is by recording it yourself, whereas it would be convenient to be able to upload it directly from an MP3 file. It is benefiting me hugely, as I am making 80+ calls/day with it, and the fact that it can recognize a phone number anywhere, and with one click you can call them is amazing. Wish there was an app version for an easier experience when responding on a mobile device. I find it hard to accept phone calls on the web version used on mobile devices. It integrates with all our apps, like Salesforce and OKTA. Making notes, creating tasks and events directly from the calling page is also super convenient! Hard to find downsides. I do have have a suggestion for improvement: this would be to allow the user to call back missed call numbers directly from the call history page. At the moment you have to click an arrow to enter the call page then you can call. It would save a lot of time if you just click the number on the call history page, and it calls them. Honestly speaking, there isn't much that I can say that I dislike about the app. The calling experience is superior. Some changes that could be taken into account is allowing calls to ring while in busy mode as the other party can hear that another call is coming through. Revenue has helped me in many ways! Its like a one stop shop for all of your notating needs when it comes to calls. I love that right after a call I do not have to go into another application to notate because it is all right there. Revenue.io is incredibly helpful for keeping me organized and on track. Since I started using this software, I have been able to increase my daily customer outreach dramatically. The userface is very easy to use, and the dialer makes the call process quick and convenient.
