What do you like best about Queue-it?

Prevented our platform from going down during peak traffic times. The platform is fairly easy to use and navigate. Customer service is also very good; team are always willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

It can be a bit difficult to find some metrics in graphs compared to getting them in realtime. Navigating the platform can be tricky in some areas but is fine once you've had a good demo and know where to find/edit things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Queue-it?

Queue-it is easy to use and manage and that is to say because of the number of features is has! Even when Im not fully integrated in the implementation I head from our datacenter team that the implementation was easy and straight forward. What do you like best about Queue-it?

It is a powerful tool and it has a lot of capabilities that help me manage my online event. Customer service is also very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Majority of the features are not very user-friendly, especially if the user does not have much technical knowledge/background. It's not a plug-and-play solution that we had anticipated it to be. I also wish that we were assigned one dedicated customer service person as opposed to having multiple people attend to the case because it seems that every time I ask a question, depending on who answers that, more questions would come up, causing more confusion. What do you like best about Queue-it?

It is very easy to configure and integrate it to your website. It is possible to costumise a lot of criterion to adapt the traffic allowed fro queue-it to your existing hosting infrastracture, you don't need to spend mony on upgrading your hardeware! There are a lot of statistic based on the traffic, which are very helpfull.

We have been using it yearly from many years and we are very happy with it.

Customer support is always there when needed, but actually we don't have to deal with them a lot, the tool has a huge reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Subscription plan are not very flexible, you have to adapt to what they have and that's it. Price have increased quite a bit, but for what it does it' still worth the money Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Queue-it?

Not so hard to configure/implement a Queue, and also the way it allows us to control the traffic flow. Availability of Queue-it engineers in our launch calls Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Queue-it?

Queue-It support is extremely helpful. For someone who doesn't understand all the complexities of virtual waiting rooms, they have been very patient explaining everything to me in an easy way to understand and helping to make sure our set up is the most effective for our business. What do you dislike about Queue-it?

We only have one issue at the moment: Our merchant processor takes the buyer out of our website and into their website for payment, which affects how many people are being let into our website from our virtual waiting, since after the payment, you are taken back to our website to finish the order. On busy days, we can end up with a list of orders that went through on our merchant processor, but not on our website leaving the customer with no tickets. I am currently working with Queue-It on this issue, but the solution may be cost-prohibitive for us since we are a non-profit organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Queue-it?

After we decided to use Queue-it the implementation was really simple and straight forward. We had some questions that were promptly answered in a quick call just hours after submitting a ticket.

The product showed it's capabilities on the first presale we protected with Queue-it, having no capacity issues on our side. The 24/7 bot protection feature also helped us not loosing tickets to scalpers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Not the strongest support on Cloudflare integration. It was possible to follow the documentation and guides, but certain features were broken by implementing the Cloudflare Workers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
