What do you like best about Queue-it?

The ability to manage the inflow of traffic to our website. Without being able to control this, our system gets overwhelmed and crashes. Their customer support has been excellent and always fast to respond. It's easy to use and was dropped right in front of our site without any issues. What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Our users would prefer that we didn't have a waiting room, but it's necessary during our peak periods. It would be great if there were the ability to send SMS notifications to user as well as email notifications when it's their turn but this isn't available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the set it and forget it ness. It really helps give peace of mind when we are having large onsales. You can create a different waitingroom for each onsale or just use the same one thats always running with certain thresholds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Queue-it?

I would recommend Queue-it as it is great for protecting against high-traffic incidents. Also the Account Managers, Technical Team and Designers are always available to support and go above and beyond Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Some features could be improved! From a content POV it should be easier to update the themes and add imagery, background colours etc (so have a CMS). Also, I would like a repository to add pre-prepared stock dynamic messages so I can access them easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
