"A reliable platform with some room for improvement"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

One of the standout features of Queue-it is the peace of mind it offers. I can trust that the platform is safe, ensuring that users in the queue are provided with the best possible experience. The reliability of the system is top-notch, and it has been effective in managing high traffic without issues. Knowing that users are experiencing smooth and fair wait times makes it much easier to handle large-scale events or product launches. The customer support is also excellent in my experience so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

While Queue-it excels in safety and performance, the UI and UX of the management platform is not ideal. The layout feels outdated and not as intuitive as it could be. Additionally, the setup process for creating a new queue could be more user-friendly. A step-by-step, tailored approach would make it much easier to configure queues according to specific needs, instead of navigating through a generic process that can be confusing at times. "Keep Your Website Up and Your Patrons Calm"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

Once you have it set up, it is very easy for us to replicate events so it's not starting from scratch every time. It's a great amount of control, as well as valuable real time data about wait times, number of queued people, and more. Customer service has also always been very helpful for us, and it integrates so well with our ticketing software (Tessitura). We use it for major onsales, so maybe about a 12-15 times a year, but it's worth it every time to keep our website up and running. The ability to update waiting messages in real time is also a key bonus. Plus, if you run into them at a conference or trade show, they have great swag (try to snag a WAIT hat!). What do you dislike about Queue-it?

I wish the help documentation was a little more robust. Some of the rules as far as characters and spacing in set-up of rooms feels punitive, but not at all a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional for High-Traffic Events with Intuitive Configuration"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

Queue-it is valued for its reliable virtual waiting room that prevents site crashes during traffic spikes, its fair and transparent queuing experience, easy integration with existing systems, real-time control and monitoring, strong stability during high-demand events, customizable queue pages, and helpful analytics for understanding user traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Queue-it is helpful but comes with some drawbacks. The main dislikes are that it interrupts the user experience, can feel unbranded or separate from the main site, and requires careful configuration to work well. Some integrations can be complex, analytics aren’t always as deep as teams want, and costs can rise for large events. Users may also get confused if messaging isn’t clear, and organizations may become overly dependent on it instead of fixing underlying scalability issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable High-Traffic Management with Seamless User Experience"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

What I like best about Queue-it is how predictably and transparently it manages high-traffic events. It gives us a controlled, orderly way to protect downstream systems during peak demand without degrading the guest experience. Instead of systems failing under sudden load, Queue-it absorbs the surge, meters users into the application at the rate our infrastructure can handle, and gives guests clear feedback about their place in line. That combination of protection + predictability + communication is extremely valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

The biggest challenge with Queue-it is that it can introduce operational complexity and guest friction if it isn’t tuned perfectly. When it’s configured well, it’s fantastic. But when it's not, we feel it immediately across Observability, Ops, and Guest Experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Protect with Efficiency and Exceptional Support"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

I like Queue-it for its simplicity, stability, and support. It is a solution that meets expectations when it comes to redirecting a user; it works according to the configuration set on the platform. Additionally, it is not complex to implement. The support is good and they not only respond to help requests but also proactively propose improvements. I also appreciate that migrations to new connectors, like Jakarta 4.x, and integration rules were relatively simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

I believe the bots and abuse section can be greatly improved, as sometimes we have bots that we know are bots but they still end up reaching our platform. Basically, for example, the solution should automatically detect obvious things like suspicious user agents, unreliable ASNs, token sharing or reuse, IP changes, etc., without having to configure them as rules, addons, or specific solutions. "Essential for Managing High-Traffic Events, Easy to Use and Highly Customizable"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

Queue-it has really saved our backsides many times during massive on-sale spikes! We host a relatively large ticketing and event management platform (save name) and had so much trouble managing large traffic influx during big on-sales prior to queueit introduction. Now we can handle these episodes much more effectively. Big pros are the ease of use on the admin side, configurations, lots of abilities and controls, and customization. We don't plan to discontinue queue-it anytime soon! and our platform is growing substantially each year. So we need this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

The dislikes are short list, but definitely big hits. Having the ability to enforce queue-it on a per-event basis and not platform wide is huge for us. Hoping to get that ability eventually. Also the integration of the SDK on our legacy platform was not super straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful and easy, but it needs improvements in customization"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

I like how useful Queue-it is, how easy it is to use and manage. I can set up a waiting line in a few minutes, which is really useful because we often have little time before a launch. The ease of management is also reflected in the dashboard with information on the number of entries to the queue, exits, and times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

We have a certain number of free queue customizations per year, but the process for them is very long and does not fit our short event timelines. We would like to use this benefit more, but the time it takes to create a customized waiting page is not suitable for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Support, Real-Time Queue Updates, and Seamless Branded Screens"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

The team we were assigned were very helpful and provided excellent customer support. On the day reporting was great and liked the feature of being able to provide up to the minute updates to those waiting in the queue. Being able to design the pre, wait and post screens to own branding meant a seamless transition between website and entry form. Testing pages and ability to see all stages was great. We had our system developer complete the integration so can't comment on that process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Was a little stressful having to change the flow based on server capacity and guessing the effects on the server by increasing at certain increments.

Would be great to be able to change the date on the waiting room to avoid having to re-create all the integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Management of High Demand with Improved Integration"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

I like the speed in launching the queue and the new customization we have, which can be activated from cpanel. On a technical level, although I'm not the right person, I think it integrates very well with us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Having to go to an external platform to touch and configure. Starting from a template to have to customize the interfaces. I would like it to be easier to design and more integrated with our funnel, so that it doesn't go to another platform to unify the UX. Currently, the moment queue-it comes up, the purchase flow breaks a bit because the user leaves the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Home Run for High-Traffic Product Drops"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

Queue-it transformed our high-demand launches by preventing site crashes and oversells, enabling us to deliver a fair and seamless experience for customers. The waiting room feature allowed us to control inventory, limit purchases per customer, and ensure real players—not resellers or bots—got access to our products. Their support and success teams were incredibly responsive and hands-on during our onboarding, making setup and execution smooth. Real-time messaging kept customers informed, and the ability to customize the waiting room for branding and cross-promotion was a big plus. The platform fostered better collaboration across our teams and directly contributed to the best sales day in our company’s history, with conversion rates and loyalty signups soaring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Initially, the platform was a bit tricky to navigate without guidance, and we ran into a minor issue related to our custom URL structure, but Queue-it’s support resolved it quickly. Some advanced features, like the email form in the waiting room, require an additional paid upgrade, which we’re considering but don’t have yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
