What do you like best about Queue-it?

I like the professionalism shown by the workers at Queue-it. It is very easy to work with them and everything is always simple and agile. We work with them every year for specific moments and they are always willing to get back in touch at the end of the year, they organize everything with flexibility and are always there when you need something. What do you dislike about Queue-it?

I don't find any pain point where I would say, hey, I don't like it or I think it could be improved. The truth is that I think beyond maybe the platform itself being a little simpler or easier, but maybe it's because we use it infrequently, once a year, and when we want to use it again, we might forget. What do you like best about Queue-it?

With the clear benefit of helping us digitally manage crowds and monitor traffic, this has been a great tool for any traffic coming to our website. It improves our site performance and also helps ensure stability in our ticketing software, especially since our web sales are facilitated through API calls. What do you dislike about Queue-it?

While recent updates have helped, it does require a bit of technical expertise to get it up and running. It is not a 'plug and play' type setup/tool. However, their support team helps fill in those bridge those deficits when ever encountered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Waiting Room Setup for High-Traffic Events"
What do you like best about Queue-it?

I like how queueit's web UI allows for easy setup and deployment of waiting rooms for our expected high-velocity sales events on our website. What do you dislike about Queue-it?

We have been told that an update to the SFCC queueit cartridge would be coming this year, however, it is already December, and we have not hear about any updates yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Queue-it?

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

This isn't really a downside, but more of a side effect that the patrons have a longer wait in order to process (in their minds). However, the phrase "slow is smooth and smooth is fast" is applicable because the users are able to get in and out of the platform in an orderly fashion without resources hemorrhaging and servers failing. What do you like best about Queue-it?

The thing I best like about Queue-it is it's uniqueness in the marketplace - we haven't seen another solution like it. They are niche and experts in what they do - helping us to make hay when the sun shines! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Queue-it?

Queue-it is a little complex to understand and as such there are only a few in our team capable of setting a queue up. We find the terminology quite difficult to both understand and explain - but I think this is part and parcel of a clever technology solution to a crucial business problem to solve. I really like the high availability and robustness of Queue-it. Their service has never gone down, even with a high number of users. Additionally, I also appreciate the personal service they offer. What do you dislike about Queue-it?

The only thing I would improve is the limit on the naming of some elements, as there are elements like waiting rooms and rules that do not allow certain characters like hyphens or spaces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Queue-it?

I like that Queue-it is flexible and easy to set up. It does the job and does what it says on the tin, which is really important for us because we often have to launch events with short notice. There are still some features that can be enhanced, such as double queue exemption, and bot management. Occasionally, certain displays (eg: re-direct buttons. CAPTCHA) will be buggy and isn't displayed, but Queue-it's team always try to identify and resolve the issue.

What do you like best about Queue-it?

From a technical point of view: it is a great product. It does puts a nice queue before our shop in case we need one. That is what we needed a couple of times a year.

Integration with CloudFront is smooth.
