What do you like best about Queue-Fair?

We had a great experience working with Queue-Fair. The team has been very efficient and attentive, guiding us step by step during the setup and helping us understand the entire process, making its integration and use easy for us.

Additionally, they clearly explained all the technical and economic options available, which allowed us to choose the solution that best suited our needs.

What do you dislike about Queue-Fair?

Customer service is available only in English.

We believe it is necessary to offer support in the languages of the countries they serve. Although the page can be translated and set up in Spanish, if you need to speak with someone, the conversation can only be in English, which can make communication difficult. What do you like best about Queue-Fair?

My experience with Queue-Fair has been amazing. This was my first time integrating a queuing system with my Shopify store for a high-demand drop, and I was hesitant because bots are a huge issue in the TCG space. From the first call, the team listened to my concerns and challenges and understood that my priority was creating the best experience for my customers: a seamless, stress-free queue that would not crash under pressure.

I’m not technical, but the team was happy to help with the full Shopify integration. We had a follow-up call where they double-checked everything, tested the setup in demo-live mode, and made sure it worked as expected. That level of support is priceless for someone without technical knowledge.

They also joined us on a live call during our first drop to ensure everything ran smoothly, which made the entire experience feel calm and effortless. The dashboard is very easy to understand, and the demo I was shown early on made it clear how simple it would be to manage. What do you dislike about Queue-Fair?

I genuinely don’t have any issues with Queue-Fair. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be having a dedicated Shopify app that plugs directly into the platform for future integrations. What do you like best about Queue-Fair?

Queue-Fair does exactly what it promises, without unnecessary complexity. Setup was straightforward, the documentation is clear, and the system worked reliably even under high traffic. The biggest plus for us was how quickly we could deploy it without touching our existing infrastructure too much. Customer support is exceptional: fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, not just ticket-closing replies.
