The Queue-fair virtual waiting room was a game-changer for our registration process. One registrant sent this message: "Smoothest sign-up ever. The queue system works SO much better." Having the queue helped prevent frustration, website crashes, continual refreshing — the registration process was monumentally improved. But in addition to having an excellent product, Queue-fair has incredible customer service. They were responsive and helpful, and made the entire set-up process extremely easy. And their pricing was extremely competitive — they even have a free version, which is such a valuable service to provide. I highly recommend

I can't think of anything. Queue-fair exceeded all my expectations.

Before using Queue-fair, our event registration process was frustrating for everybody involved. Our servers couldn't handle the load and registrants would have to repeatedly refresh, receiving Bad Gateway errors and timeouts. Queue-fair solved that issue for us, and registrants could see exactly how many users were ahead of them in the queue, and how long it would take to get to the registration. So much better!

What I like most about Queue-Fair is the reliability and transparency it delivers during high-traffic events. On top of that, the peace of mind it provides is invaluable. We had a great experience working with Queue-Fair. The team has been very efficient and attentive, guiding us step by step during the setup and helping us understand the entire process, making its integration and use easy for us.

Additionally, they clearly explained all the technical and economic options available, which allowed us to choose the solution that best suited our needs.

In our case, we used it for a specific event, but we will not hesitate to rely on them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Customer service is available only in English.

We believe it is necessary to offer support in the languages of the countries they serve. Although the page can be translated and set up in Spanish, if you need to speak with someone, the conversation can only be in English, which can make communication difficult.

**What do you like best about Queue-Fair?**

My experience with Queue-Fair has been amazing. This was my first time integrating a queuing system with my Shopify store for a high-demand drop, and I was hesitant because bots are a huge issue in the TCG space. From the first call, the team listened to my concerns and challenges and understood that my priority was creating the best experience for my customers: a seamless, stress-free queue that would not crash under pressure.

I’m not technical, but the team was happy to help with the full Shopify integration. We had a follow-up call where they double-checked everything, tested the setup in demo-live mode, and made sure it worked as expected. That level of support is priceless for someone without technical knowledge.

They also joined us on a live call during our first drop to ensure everything ran smoothly, which made the entire experience feel calm and effortless. The dashboard is very easy to understand, and the demo I was shown early on made it clear how simple it would be to manage. Their support team is brilliant, always responsive, friendly, and happy to answer questions whenever I reached out.

I genuinely don’t have any issues with Queue-Fair. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be having a dedicated Shopify app that plugs directly into the platform for future integrations. That said, the current integration process was still very smooth thanks to the hands-on support from the team.

Queue-Fair does exactly what it promises, without unnecessary complexity. Setup was straightforward, the documentation is clear, and the system worked reliably even under high traffic. The setup process was extremely easy and straightforward. The team was also very responsive — they scheduled a call with us to walk through everything and provided a technical guide in record time so we could implement it without delays.

In the end, we barely needed support because the platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Both our team and our client were very satisfied with the results.

The team at Queue Fair are impressive by both being responsive and helpful without pushing for a sale. They know the quality of their product and it really does show with their approach. 

The queue service itself is impeccable. We found the portal easy to configure and barely needed to go into the extensive documentation they provided. Everything can be configured and amended and the team is always on hand, monitoring your approach and offering unsolicited advice with each change we make.

We had a client site that needed a queue system implemented for their high traffic events website. Their API was struggling with the sheer load put on it in a very short space of time and the queues we'd tried to implement internally weren't filling us with confidence as an all encompassing solution. Having researched the market for different providers and meeting with most of them, Queue-fair stood out as the easy option to go with.

Avoid server down situation, panic infrastructor, buisness, and frustrated clients and organizers.

I have Flash crowd with unexpected number of visitors, on hourly, daily, and monthly bases. so it created a sales formula that is so dynamic to the level; to comply with all my needs, where other competitors gave me 7 days plan or 30 days, they offered 3 months with flat rate that is much cheaper and reliable (interm of support mainly).

We were up against time to find a waiting room solution for our client's website - to enable it to handle an initial burst of traffic during a ticket sale launch. 
After a quick sales call with Queue-Fair, it became obvious very quickly that it was the solution we required. Queue-Fair was very easy to integrate into the site and set up within their comprehensive admin area. Their support was phenomenal, instantly answering any queries we had by telephone. The most impressive 24/7 support I've experienced in years!

**What do you like best about Queue-Fair?**

We use Queue-Fair to protect the website during the signup events of my clients. They've helped us with the integration and there is also plenty of technical documentation. We've changed from another queue-service to Queue-fair because of their security options that allow us force users to only use one device during the subscription. The customer support is astonishing friendly and fast. The pricing is flexible so we only pay for the months we need.

So far we haven't run into problems the customer support wasn't able to resolve.

There are a limited number of spots for my clients events and Queue-Fair protects the webserver during the inscription moments.

**What do you like best about Queue-Fair?**

I’m very happy with Queue-Fair—it has been an excellent solution for us!  Queue-Fair's SafeGuard and Queue Hold proved to be invaluable features, allowing us to maintain much better control over the server’s memory and CPU usage. This functionality was a critical factor in the success of our busy enrollment period.  I am also grateful to the Queue-Fair support team for all the asistance they provided during the onboarding and set-up process - it was great!

It's a very user-friendly tool that was simple to integrate into our website, their team helped us every step of the way and made sure to accompany us in every moment we needed them.

You have easy access to any information you require about the service usage, and the configuration is very intuitive, as well as perfectly explained by their team.

Thanks to their services we were able to provide our users with a good-looking and functioning automated queue.

They have plenty of integration options and a beautiful administrative dashboard where you can check everything that's going on in your queues.
