What do you like best about Harmony?

Collection of the water meter reads into one place that allows you to quickly access potential leaks and problem areas. It has potential to alert individual customers about any alerts and is user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Harmony?

I dislike that the program did not offer exclusive training and the help guides are limited to what information it provides and is very vague. I believe the system has the potential to do so much more for me than how I utilize and use it every day but I have not found any training to help show how to do something. What do you like best about Harmony?

What I like the best about using Harmony is how you can see every single employee that is logged in. You could easily check their statuses and monitor what they are doing. Listening to call recordings, pulling up reports in one place! I can also see how many calls are waiting so that we can strategize how to maintain our service level which is very important to clients! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Harmony?

Harmony provides an automated online and offline benefit enrollment platform, which streamlines the enrollment process and makes it much easier than using paper. The platform is extremely easy to build and very straightforward.

Reports can be generated and election confirmation statements provided to employees/employers. Harmony can also be used with other, more extensive benefit platforms, such as EmployeeNavigator, Gathr (another Colonial Life proprietary system) and more. What do you dislike about Harmony?

Harmony is a Colonial Life-proprietary system. The system-build and enrollment process does not require a Colonial Life-proprietary laptop, but there is no support for standalone data extraction and reporting without using a Colonial Life laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
