I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist and also create health education content, awareness presentations, webinar sessions and wellness related online content. qualtrics Strategy & Research  helps me handle audience surveys, health feedback and educational research work in a much more organized way.

i use it for nutrition and lifestyle questionnaires, webinar feedback forms, wellness awareness surveys and understanding what type of health topics people are more interested in. features like different question types, survey flow, logic settings, mobile preview, response tracking, analytics, reporting dashboards and data export are very useful during health awareness and educational projects. It helps make surveys feel more professional and interactive instead of simple normal forms.

the platform also helps while planning online health sessions because I can check audience responses, participation patterns and common wellness related concerns more clearly from survey reports. Survey templates and workflow settings also saves time when creating forms for different awareness programs and webinar topics. Performance has been good during regular use and response collection works smoothly most of the time. sharing surveys, managing responses and checking reports from one place makes the workflow more easy during busy educational content work. Overall, Qualtrics Strategy & Research has been really useful for health awareness surveys, audience feedback, webinar response collection and educational content planning work. platform has many advanced options and settings, so in the beginning it can feel little heavy while managing survey flow, logic and reporting sections together. Basic surveys are easy to create, but when working on detailed feedback forms or multiple wellness questionnaires, sometimes I need extra time to properly organize everything. Another small thing is that the reporting and analytics side is powerful, but sometimes there is so much data visible together that it takes time to focus only on the specific audience insights I actually need for health awareness and webinar related work.

it is helping solve the problem of managing audience feedback, wellness surveys and educational research work in a more organized way. I like that it's very easy to put together a quick survey with Qualtrics Strategy & Research and have various types of questions. The UI is intuitive and pretty for the person taking the survey. I found it easy to add questions in the format I wanted, rearrange/order them the way I wanted, and add if/then questions. It's easy and quick to build the survey. I prefer Qualtrics more than other tools because it's designed specifically as a survey tool.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Market Research?**

I was having trouble with reading results as a whole. There was one question I had on a 1-5 scale and it was giving me the mean, median, and mode of the results rather than just the number of responses and the number on the scale they selected. I eventually found results in the ways I wanted, but it took me a little while to find the summaries, the results altogether, and the results by individual. Just maybe an easy way to see summary results and individual results on the main survey page.

I use Qualtrics Strategy & Research to obtain feedback, understand work quality, and plan future strategies. It benefits me to understand where clients are satisfied and dissatisfied. It's easy to create surveys with various questions and an intuitive UI, making it user-friendly for survey takers.

I use Qualtrics Strategy & Research as a critical telemetry tool for our identity infrastructure. I love its ability to quantify the human element of our infrastructure by integrating X-Data and O-Data to map user sentiment directly to Azure performance metrics. I find Text iQ's automated sentiment analysis incredibly useful, allowing me to move from anecdotal feedback to data-driven decisions quickly. The X-O integration lets me identify specific 'friction points' in our identity lifecycle, helping build evidence-based architectures. I appreciate how it transforms unstructured feedback into a structured, data-driven approach. The integration with our Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure DevOps and Power BI, is seamless, and I value the automated feedback loop it creates for our engineering team. Additionally, I find the initial setup for basic feedback fast and the investment in configuring SSO and API with Azure AD worthwhile for its automation capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Market Research?**

While the platform is incredibly deep, the onboarding process for advanced research modules has a steep learning curve. Additionally, for a technical team, the initial integration of O-Data can be more manual than the marketing suggests. I’d love to see more 'low-code' connectors for cloud environments like Azure, which would allow us to close the 'Experience Gap' even faster without as much custom configuration.

I did find there were some gaps that we discussed with the team that we wanted to try to fill. After the research was done, they didn't go deep enough in certain areas of our growth businesses that we wanted to know about. This resulted in a change of direction for us eventually.

The ability to choose the right subjects and analyze data effectively has been invaluable. It stood out as more professional and organized compared to other tools like SurveyMonkey and Microsoft Forms, which I appreciate.

I would say maybe a more organized app would be good. That way, you know, we are able to do it from, you know, the comfort of our phone or an iPad. I think, you know, updating an app would be good.

I also appreciate how easy it is to look at the results from respondents and create different graphs and tables. There is a lot of flexibility in the features when it comes to viewing results and data, as well as cool options for different types of questions and logic flows. Setting it up is pretty simple, and creating different surveys is straightforward.

I don't think there's anything that doesn't work as well. But it is kind of like a bit of a more pickier system. You do have to give it a moment to kinda work out.

While I don't typically watch for performance with survey software, it seems to run fine. I like the functionality of survey building in Qualtrics Strategy & Research. There are lots of response formats to choose from, and the range is really comprehensive. Plus, I appreciate that there's no minimum number of questions required when creating surveys. The testing feature is also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Market Research?**

The platform itself is not very intuitive for non-techies and support is lacking. More tutorials and more direct support from the platform customer service team in a timely manner would help. Initial setup was not easy.

I use Qualtrics Strategy & Research to deploy surveys and manage panels. It provides a centralized place to send surveys, receive responses, and build a database.

QualtricsXM makes building surveys with complex logic simple, the interface is intuitive, and the reporting dashboards give clear, real-time insights. It scales well for large projects, integrates smoothly with other systems (like our online community, for example) and still gives flexibility for customization when you need it.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Market Research?**

There is a steep learning curve for advanced features if you’re used to other platforms. Also it is a higher cost compared to lighter tools, and occasional frustrations with collaboration or survey ownership, especially if someone outside your organization is helping you. I also don’t find their text analytics to be great either. I haven’t explored the AI features, so I can’t comment on that yet.

As an enterprise, we use XM for all our customer CX as well as primary research.
It makes it easy to bring feedback from customers, employees, and partners into one place, which makes comparisons and feedback straightforward for all to see via dashboards. It also handles large respondent groups and complex survey designs without slowing down or breaking.

The ability to centralize brand tracking, market insights, and customer behavior analysis in one platform is a huge win for a marketer like me to use. The dashboard and real-time reporting make it easy to communicate findings with my teammates, clients and other members.

**What do you dislike about Qualtrics Market Research?**

While incredibly powerful, the learning curve can be steep for beginners. Some advanced features are hidden behind complex menus or require training to fully utilize. Collaboration between users such as real-time co-editing or comment threads feels limited too. Also, pricing tiers can be challenging for smaller teams like us or projects with a narrow scope, as you often pay for more capability than you actually use.
