I found it easy to add questions in the format I wanted, rearrange/order them the way I wanted, and add if/then questions. It's easy and quick to build the survey. I was having trouble with reading results as a whole. There was one question I had on a 1-5 scale and it was giving me the mean, median, and mode of the results rather than just the number of responses and the number on the scale they selected. I eventually found results in the ways I wanted, but it took me a little while to find the summaries, the results altogether, and the results by individual.
