# Is there a possibility of adding customer support in IST time?

We are looking for customer support in IST time because whenever I need help from the support team, I need to stretch my working hours 5 to 6 hours to chat/talk to Qualtrics support team.

Hi there, see requests for IT support here and there, so maybe if there is a big need for that, you can read https://it-support.ae/amc-support/ about to arrange an annual management contract and get this support on a regular basis? I am really sorry, but this is the only thing I can help you with. I am not savvy in technical questions. Can't support you by myself.
