QualtricsXM makes building surveys with complex logic simple, the interface is intuitive, and the reporting dashboards give clear, real-time insights. It scales well for large projects, integrates smoothly with other systems (like our online community, for example) and still gives flexibility for customization when you need it. There is a steep learning curve for advanced features if you’re used to other platforms. Also it is a higher cost compared to lighter tools, and occasional frustrations with collaboration or survey ownership, especially if someone outside your organization is helping you. I also don’t find their text analytics to be great either. I haven’t explored the AI features, so I can’t comment on that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
