Having the processes allows me to have an order and that the users have to fulfill their management part. Manage and process requests quickly and efficiently, to implement new procedures in the tool does not become laborious since it does not require advanced programming knowledge. Processmaker is simple to use and lets us create simple workflows in a couple of days, even in few hours. At the same time, it has powerful capabilities that let us create enterprise-grade applications with systems integration.

The plugin-based service-oriented architecture is what I like the most, which lets enhancing the platform with additional capabilities without affecting the core functions.

It allows users with minimum programming skills to develop and host a production-ready workflow.

Processmaker provides integrated workflow and form designers as part of the application. It doesn't require any separate development framework/IDE to develop applications. Deployment of new processes and updating existing processes in the production environment are as simple as uploading a process file. The version upgrade process is not that simple. We have to test all the workflows to ensure they are not broken by the version upgrades, especially when we have custom plugins and APIs.

The user interface look & feel is outdated. Eventhough it is UI is responsive, there could be some more improvement to modernize the look and feel.

The mobile app is works fine for the basic workflows and dynaforms. But it is buggy when you have more complex dynaforms and custom javascript/JQuery implementations.

Process Maker has email-like layout and easy to use with folders for inbox, drafts, participate, archived, advanced search etc.

I'm not happy with processMaker support team. They are getting more than 2 days(minimum) to resolve a problem. And also they are solutions are not stable.

As an application for local governments in Australia, ProcessMaker should provide a few preset modules such as Property and Rating ( Councillor Rates) or Planning management.
