What do you like best about ProcessMaker?

This is a platform that helps companies carry out a more effective business process management with greater efficiency. What do you dislike about ProcessMaker?

Our experience has been satisfactory. We reached the proposed objectives, a suggestion that I could offer since I have no complaints is that the reports are not as easy to perform as in other platforms, if they improve this it could increase the performance of the user within the software. Recommendations to others considering ProcessMaker:

This provides constant work flow and exponential growth to the company. obtaining performance and productivity of the entire work team. It also has a very complete set of tools and functions to simplify the work and remain effective. You will have the opportunity to carry out an internal follow-up, you will be able to evaluate clients and a more organized management of human rights processes. What problems is ProcessMaker solving and how is that benefiting you?

it is a platform that provides a great help to automate the workflow. We also have better management throughout the human resources process to handle the resumes of incoming candidates. It also encompasses our needs to monitor internal processes, worker efficiency, and carefully assess customer quality. It is easy to use and the application is the same, we have a significant time saving and our work team simplified their tasks but having more efficiency and effectiveness in them. Easy deployment and usage. Programming is not complex; being web/mobile, can be easily extended to external parties

- Interface could be more modern, it seems a bit dated

- With new licensing, it has been faster to use microsoft Dynamics which is integrated to a lot of other tools such as power automate, power bi, chatbots.

- When we have platform upgrade, some flows have breaked in the past.. this are custom developments, but i think is needed to have some certification process to avoid this. It is part of the challenge of having an open platform but it has affected us to Process Maker needs to see how to balance this risk in an effective way

- Vendor partners need to be developed. In my region (Latam), the availability and quality of vendors is very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WE are automating internal flows and connecting with vendors and customers to do data gathering, approvals, and measure process times. The data gathering can be in the form of documents, simple forms where each stakeholder fills what they need. Approvals from different stakeholders, with notifications

"It's low coded automation platform"

What do you like best about ProcessMaker?

we don't need for struggling with coding.

if someone who doesn't aware of coding can design workflows.

if you are a developer you can do some advance developing with it.you can use customized PHP and JS with it.

I love the processmaker wiki documentation and it inculcate us with the features of the processmaker.

What do you dislike about ProcessMaker?

UI designs seem to be old and not creative. nowadays lots of users prefer well designed, modern, user-friendly user interfaces. I developed some workflows for my company and some clients requested moderns user interfaces and they didn't fond of the inbuilt designs.

we tried some front end frameworks like angular,react,vue.but it is really hard to do that. And we haven't found any resources documentation for that purpose. the only thing we found is a project which has integrated angular js.

Another Dislike feature is reporting. when I use the tool there was no proper way to do the reporting.in my scenario, I needed data that was taken from the lots of joins queries. so I had to develop another plugin for that purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
