REALLY GREAT PLATFORM FOR ENFORCING APPROVAL WORKFLOWS.

Please take note that while Process Maker is a great platform for digitalizing many of your organization's manual processes, that does not mean that everything should be done by it. One of the struggles that our institution is having problem with is that they are treating it as a solution for all types of problems that can be easily done with other platforms as well. Your organization must consider which technology is suitable to address your problem (may it be Robotic Process Automation, Web Development Tools, Scripting, and so on).

Process Maker is a great product MOSTLY for approval workflows. While it can be flexible and be used for different scenarios, please make sure that your developers are well equipped with programming skills as implementing some of the features are already difficult when done traditionally, what more if they are incorporated to an interface that most programmers have not encountered in free-for-all programs. In our company we use process maker administratively to create flows of budget approvals, which has allowed us to have better control of the budget as well as a history of them, having the facility to upload the backup file to be able to consult them despite the years, we have backup budget files from the year 2017 and they are very easy to access.

Additionally, we have also used the tool for the consolidation and creation of tickets for warranty reports, we have some customers like Walmart to which internally handle warranty responses entering a ticket to the process maker that depending on the item will send you with the respective area and process for warranty care.
