Have no big downside at all! It is a testament to the thoughtful approach 'going in' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust platform with limitless workflow possibilities"
What do you like best about ProcessMaker?

Flexibility to build as many complex processes as needed. Strong support team. Knowledgeable project management team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessMaker?

Not very user-friendly, complex changes require ProcessMaker admin-support. Even though ProcessMaker comes with an Administration/Settings page, this lacks many features which prevent normal users from adequately managing the workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Missing a show case for enterprise use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ProcessMaker Workflow Missing Features"
What do you like best about ProcessMaker?

I like the fact that ProcessMaker assigns a PR Case # and documents came be uploaded in the Purchase Requisition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessMaker?

New version does not allow copy and paste info into our PO system. Purchase Requisition has locked fields and now processing a PO requires manual input creating more room for error. Item Description is cut off and not able to see full text in the field. Also, approvals require date that the approval was done. If the Purchase Requisition is a Mod, then there needs to be a pull-down to input the PO # that is being changed. Due date for processing should be 10 working days for a Mod and 15 working days for a new PO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible product"
What do you like best about ProcessMaker?

The ability to configure various aspected of the processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessMaker?

I would like to see more security options, secured fields and different users roles with a variety of access to parts of the processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Low cost BPM platform"
What do you like best about ProcessMaker?

It's open source. I do like the platform features such as process designer but having an open source solution makes it perfect choice for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessMaker?

Some enterprise features are not available in the open source version. That's actually acceptable as the company wants to make some money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to implement ticket automation"
What do you like best about ProcessMaker?

Process designer was so simple yet powerful. Drag and drop editor works as expected. Also installing the software was easy and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessMaker?

We couldn't find some a few integrations which are commonly used technologies such as Apache Kafka. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The correct tool for an easy life"
What do you like best about ProcessMaker?

This is a very easy to use tool, that will help you to create workflow processes and get reports and dynamic tables. It is easy for every level of knowledge, to create the workflows you just need to drop and add the information to the info boxes, create a design is fun and simple with a grab and drop system, also you don't need to have an extended Excel knowledge but just to have the information and the tool will create the data that you need for business presentations. This is a web base tool so you can access all your work from a computer, laptop, or phone everywhere you are, which makes it convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProcessMaker?

There is really nothing that I would say I dislike from the tool, but if I have to say what I like the least it would be that you have to buy a license for each employee, it would be a better experience to get a pack of so many licenses and just have spare ones to provide to new employees instead going throu the process each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
