Currently, we rely on OneDrive to store final documents, track everything in Excel, and use SignNow to obtain signatures. This creates multiple extra steps—logging each request, uploading documents, manually adding email addresses and signature blocks, waiting for the signed version to return, and then downloading and saving it to the correct folder. With Precoro, all of these steps are eliminated. The system automatically assigns each document a tracking number, logs it, routes it through the approval workflow, and stores the final approved version within the platform. Everything is centralized, consistent, and significantly more efficient. Another major issue we face is the backlog of Purchase Orders, which creates delays for Accounts Payable and impacts timely invoice processing. Precoro resolves this by automatically generating the Purchase Order once the requisition is approved—meaning it only needs to be reviewed and finalized. The budget tracking feature will also be a tremendous improvement. Precoro provides real‑time budget visibility, whereas our current state system updates on a delay. Right now, our budgets are often a month behind because we must wait for all transactions to process before we can pull updated reports.
