We heavily use Precoro on our day to day basis, we deal with a lot of PO's especially overseas. The step by step process is one of the best parts in Precoro, from Req to PO and PO to an Invoice. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** I think what they need to improve or add as a feature are: comments should carry over from the Req, to PO and to an Invoice. Also for PO's, they should have a function where you can choose a percentage or amount that you want to pay, some overseas vendors have like 50/50 terms or deposits required to start the order. **What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The organization of how Precoro creates from Req to PO and PO to Invoice, and the approval stage feautre is very helpful for us since everyday we get purchase requests from our engineers. **Official Response from Marina Marochko:** > Hi Mark, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! The system continues to be improved over time and user feedback is really listened to. The interface is easy for folks who are not in the system often (approvers, etc.) Speaking of that, the approval workflow process is super easy. Many systems I have used in the past, I need a system admin to help create workflows but this one is so easy I can do it myself as finance professional. It is easy to setup vendors and they easily can use the POs we generate from the system. Overall, I would reccomend this system to others for their AP needs. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** With a system growing and being updated there is always a risk of errors. This happens sometimes but the support team is super responsive and solves things quickly. The flow between the different procurement steps works very well. The support team is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** The main downside to me, is the fact that Precoro's OCR doesn't support Hebrew. **What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Precoro, we didn't have control over the entire Procure to Pay process, and after implementing it, we now have a full process and better budget control. **Official Response from Marina Marochko:** > Hi!
