One of the essential aspects - the Precoro integration team is very knowledgeable, keen on solving all the issues and dedicated. We could not ask for a better team! Our experience with Precoro was 10 out of 10. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** I have nothing to dislike about Precoro. Even if there were minor limitations during the integration - Precoro Team has always worked 101% and customized things for us with the best possibilities. **What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Precoro is helping us manage the purchasing cycle with the approval workflow. All Purchasers have an overview of what has been ordered and delivered. Then the accounting team has an overview of which purchases can be settled for payment. I like that to provide transparency it bundles together all the information about purchases orders made, the person who approved it, visual analytics on departmental spendings, amounts among other information and all the detailed information is found in one place. I liked using Precoro also because it reduced a lot of my workload through the acceleration of purchase order workflow and this meant POs could easily be made and transferred to suppliers swiftly. Another feature that made me like Precoro was the tools that it has that assisted me in controlling staff orders and setting up limits according to the budget at that moment. More so this feature was helpful because it took away all the manual labour involved in constantly monitoring spendings and I always have to rely on notifications if the staff spendings exceed the limit. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** In my workflow, I use RFP documents a lot and I also include them in my reports for my management but Precoro does not have a way to download these documents which is very inconvenient because I end up using third-party programs to achieve this. **Recommendations to others considering Precoro:** I recommend a trial version first before purchasing to see if the features meet the expectations. **What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our problem without the use of Precoro was mostly to do with a lot of manual tasks involving monitoring departmental spending, creating reports among others. You can customize the workflow to route to different approvers based on the employee who submitted the PO, PO Value, or QBO Class. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** Precoro is still a growing company, so some of the features you would expect do not exist. For example, you cannot block a PO from being created in a previous month. I need to see and be knowledgeable on where we are with the budget. I can say that Precoro has increased visibility into spending. Being able to see information about each purchase order and track expenses is beneficial. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** Due to security regulations, all users must change their passwords every 90 days. So now we can't request a password change for all users. But as far as I know, this function is going to be added in the next quarter. **What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We haven't had such an automated process before. Furthermore, once orders are approved, the system generates a PO for each vendor with all relevant items.
