Thanks to the flexibility of the system each department has configured their own approval workflow. Procurement manager can see all purchase requests in one place, so we don't lose any data. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** Would be great to customize the look of purchase order forms. **What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before we have started using Precoro, each PR was taking too long to approve and they were collected by email. Now everything is step-by-step and we don't lose any data. ### 2. You can see the history of changes of every Purchase Order, you know, who is approver of your request etc. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** Didn't found any so far. It's a great solution. **What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were weltering in the routine of spreadsheets. Our procurement process wasn’t quick enough.Now everything is twice faster. We don't need paper methods anymore. Also, Precoro has a good support team that is friendly and easy-going. ### 3. Precoro has become a good solution for it! We have organised frequently used items into a product catalog and whatever needed each location can find and order it from Precoro. Also, Precoro support team is very understanding and care about your user experience. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** Would like to restrict my users to download POs. **What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a digital platform, which could help us to organize purcahing process for multiple locations. This is huge for us as we have a small IT department and need things to work all the time. Also, the software is very flexible once you get the hang of how it works. We are using it for all of our daily purchasing and its working well. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** Been using it full time for about a month now, will have to report back more fully later. Initial dislikes are small things that the company is working on fixing. An option to digitally sign on the PO's would be great, The ability to split a single PO into multiple budgets as well. **Recommendations to others considering Precoro:** Definitely, check it out! We have been super happy so far. After looking at all of the companies I could find out there with similar software this is what we chose to use. Check your use case, see if it does what you need. If so I highly recommend giving it a try. **What problems is Precoro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Precoro as a total digital solution for all of our buying. We are running all of our orders through the system, using budgets and many different locations. We were previously using paper and pen and it was a mess. Now we have the ability to see all of our buying habits, see where we can save money, be way more organized, pull up records and have it all laid out in a clean fashion on the computer. Also Precoro helps us to track expenses in terms of cost-centers. As a purchasing manager I always get clear purchase requests and organise them into one purchase order for sending to the supplier. Then the stock managers register received items in the system, so we can compare what we have ordered with what have we received anytime and from any location. **What do you dislike about Precoro?** Frankly speaking, I believe that only purchasing manager should know our company’s vendors info. But our requesters also see the vendors’ titles in our products catalogue.
