We went from having data in multiple different places as well as a bunch of historical data sitting in exported CSV files. Being able to get all of our sales data in one place was a massive win for us. In addition we were also able to use the Polar Pixel to be able to refine our digital advertising approach with enhanced data that the Pixel was able to gather for our team. Shortly after onboarding we were assigned an account manager. About a month later, she was laid off and we were never assigned a new account manager. I have the direct email of a support specialist, but the response time has been less than ideal— especially when real-time data is important for our team. We've been attempting to get a handful of other data sources connected (ShipHero and Walmart at this moment) and the process has been long and drawn about because it can take up to a week to hear back from the Polar team. In addition, the platform itself is actually very user friendly and flexible, allowing us to develop reports and dashboards exactly as we need.

One of the biggest benefits of Polar is the 'So What' analysis.

We moved from another platform which has great visualisations, but we were not able to do anything with the data (our data)

Polar does an even better job of the visualisations, but now we're able to easily interrogate the data further to help shape our activity & drive more results. A quick check on our reports & we're able to make data driven decisions fast, every day.

Mobile limitations and the platform isn't a plug-and-play solution - it requires time and effort to learn its advanced features and capabilities. As a frequent Polar user across multiple brands I have been blown away by the capability of this product. The ability to quickly see all of our data across Shopify, Analytics and Marketing sources has made it easier to understand how KPI's are performing. We really like that we can connect up multiple Shopify stores, and marketing accounts, apply views and filters and see performance at a global level.

The comprehensive reporting suite, the ability to custom metrics and dimensions has unlocked a new level of Shopify reporting that we don't have access to natively. On top of that their 1st Party Polar Pixel has given us another way to validate which marketing campaigns are performing effectively.

Polar's support team have done an excellent job supporting in the setup and onboarding steps and made it easy to see metrics within 48 of installation. They're always improving their product, and are really paying attention to what their community is saying. We've asked for a few features, and they've been released in no time.

Also, their customer care is ultra flexible and reactive. Love that!
