- Customizability

- Whitelabeling options

- Not very intuitive

- PDF reports cannot be shared / emailed directly with anyone other than survey-takers (would be helpful for us to have survey results go to clients' coaches/providers)

What problems is Pointerpro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use PointerPro as our primary impact measurement tool. As a nonprofit, it is important that we capture the positive impact of our services on our target audience. We use PointerPro throughout every fiscal year, as the regular survey that clients take to measure pre- and post- scores on wellness, as they engage in wellness coaching. What do you like best about Pointerpro?

The ReportR tool has been really useful. You can pretty much get it to create whatever you want as an automated PDF report - include whatever language you want, visuals, etc. It has allowed us to really improve the look and feel of the reporting that assessment participants get. And i love the fact that I can quickly edit, make updates, add information, etc. without having to call someone. I should add - if you do need to chat with someone - they are available live (yes sometimes you have to wait a few minutes - but they are always available to help). What do you dislike about Pointerpro?

From a survey tool perspective - it's ok... it is missing some of the major options that you would expect it to have (like a real matrix style question)- and while i hope they are working on them - you can usually find a work-around. What do you like best about Pointerpro?

Pointerpro is quite intuitive and the introduction session was also helpful to get started with the tool. I like the diverse options that one has to create the questionnaire. Moreover, the report builder is super easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pointerpro?

I don't like that whenever you leave the page, it reminds you that any unsaved changes will be lost, although I have just saved my work. This would confuse me in the beginning. "Great differentiator to get new clients"

What do you like best about Pointerpro?

The personalized assessments and reports are an amazing way to provide value to prospects and a smart way to get new clients. It fits in a funnel perfectly or it can be sent directly to leads. It clearly sets my company apart from my competition.

The pointer pro support team was very helpful in helping me set up the initial framework and formulas. As I am a perfectionnist, I wanted a state of the art report but also pretty and well designed.

Great features and also Pointerpro comes out often with updates or new features to improve the user experience.

Once the initial phase of discovery handled, the platform is very easy to use.

What do you dislike about Pointerpro?

Setting up formulas can be overwhelming and challenging for a non-expert and not so tech friendly user. But again, with their help it's not a problem.

"Worst Solution I've ever purchased"

What do you like best about Pointerpro?

The feature why I purchased Pointepro was the ability to deliver personalized reports, however creating them is extremely hard, UX is really bad, creating graphs is extremely complex and when you compare the results shown in the questionaires with the PDF generated they don't even match.

Support responds really quickly (and it is so hard to use that one relies on them), but only sends links to URL's you can google on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pointerpro?

Almost everything. It is extremely hard to use, with a really poor UX, graphs are really hard to create, there is data inconsistency. Solution is not reliant. I've had if for several months now and in that period I've experience downtimes of over one day and even DATA LOSS (unconceivable). In the latter case at least they helped me rebuild reports I lost due to them.

They have data inconsistencies, solution cannot be trusted. I've tried to get out of the subscription however they claim I paid a yearly subscription and have to stick with it. Of course I'll honor my contract, however I've already assumed my loss, have stated clearly I wont renew cause I threw more than 500 bucks to the garbage. They've know all of the issues I've had but they still don't care.

I really want to warn everyone not to buy this solution, is a waste of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
