What do you like best about Pointerpro?

Steep learning curve. The fact that I lost some unsaved work, and at the same time, the saveguards to prevent this just render the UX unwieldy and annoying. You have to learn its quirks for a seamless experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pointerpro?

The feature why I purchased Pointepro was the ability to deliver personalized reports, however creating them is extremely hard, UX is really bad, creating graphs is extremely complex and when you compare the results shown in the questionaires with the PDF generated they don't even match.

Support responds really quickly (and it is so hard to use that one relies on them), but only sends links to URL's you can google on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pointerpro?

Almost everything. It is extremely hard to use, with a really poor UX, graphs are really hard to create, there is data inconsistency. Solution is not reliant. I've had if for several months now and in that period I've experience downtimes of over one day and even DATA LOSS (unconceivable). In the latter case at least they helped me rebuild reports I lost due to them.

They have data inconsistencies, solution cannot be trusted. I've tried to get out of the subscription however they claim I paid a yearly subscription and have to stick with it. Of course I'll honor my contract, however I've already assumed my loss, have stated clearly I wont renew cause I threw more than 500 bucks to the garbage. They've know all of the issues I've had but they still don't care.

I really want to warn everyone not to buy this solution, is a waste of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Now the average uptime is 99.99%.

It can become complicated sometimes if you work with a lot of rules for question logic.

What do you like best about Pointerpro?

What I like best about PointerPro is how rapidly it evolves and the user experience is getting better everyday. Also the support team is very responsive. The tool itself is very intuitive and it is easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reports have become more customizable but not as much as what's needed. Also extremely expensive for distributor plans that has made our company consider switching. Also there have been multiple occasions where my work has been deleted or a bug has prevented us from rolling out survey updates sooner. What do you like best about Pointerpro?

Even surveys with complicated grading formulas are possible and fairly easy to implement. Help was available at a reasonable price when when we wanted to create a report with some crazy graphic representation of the data with multiple overlays Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
