I like that Pointerpro is pretty easy to use and highly configurable. There are lots of abilities to release dashboards to customers, which is great. You can set up the dashboards so you don't have to share all the information, allowing them to show it to their staff or publish it to their website with only the information they want to share while protecting the information they don't wish to share. It would be really good if the ability to filter down into data could be limited so that when you do an employee engagement survey, people can't drill down into results to a point where there's only, like, four or five results. Because you might be able to work out the individuals who provided the data anonymously. It'd be good to have some more intelligent limitations on that if possible. The process that we went through to build out our questionnaire, at first, seemed overwhelming. But the tech team who worked with me was spot-on knowledgeable and responsive.
