**What do you like best about Pointerpro?**

I love this platform for its outright approach features and user friendly interface. This platform carries all necessary feature carry out surveys efficiently and effective. Its AI enables user to brainstorm for creating questionnaire. I also love the templates of this platform which enables  faster form creation and improvements of the form. This platform can create, distribute and analyze platform efficiently which is really good for this platform. I also love the dashboards which enables user to see the progress of the surveys. The onboarding process of this platform was easy. Frankly, I love the overall performance of this platform.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

I love most part of this platform but I wish that the price of this platform was a little lesser. I also wish that there were more integration capabilities of this platform. Though I love the AI of this platform, I felt that the AI can be improved a lot. I also felt that there were also more templates i this platform. I also wish that more features are added to enhance the experience of the users.

I really like how it combines easy survey creation with powerful personalization—especially the automated reports and tailored feedback, which make the results far more actionable without extra work. Pointerpro saves me time and makes assessments more actionable by instantly turning responses into personalized feedback, scores, and recommendations without manual work. This offers faster delivery, a more professional experience, and better engagement for both teams and respondents. I also integrate Pointerpro mainly with CRM, email marketing, and automation tools to streamline workflows and share assessment data automatically between platforms. I use Pointerpro to create assessments for my clients. The feature I like most is the personalized PDF reports, which are a game changer for delivering tailored advice at scale. Mostly, it saves me time since I no longer have to manually write up custom reports for each client. The basic setup was pretty straightforward.

There's a bit of a learning curve, especially with the advanced features like formulas and dynamic content. It took me a while to figure out. The report builder and scoring logic is where things slowed down for me.

I love that Pointerpro allows us to incorporate formulas inside the surveys. This feature lets us add up scores as clients fill out the survey and automatically sends them a total, which is something we really needed in a survey software. Pointerpro is the only one that offered this opportunity, making it incredibly helpful for gathering numbers, financials, and dental information from our clients.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

I think overall, the price was just a little bit much. And you know, it is a little hard to navigate all of the different items. But, overall, I think it's really well. Done.

Pointerpro allows us to create surveys in any format we like and use formulas to automatically calculate scores, which helps in gathering numbers, financials, and dental information from clients.

**What do you like best about Pointerpro?**

Pointerpro is a very powerful platform with good features, which helps us to create professional assessments. Also, their quizzes and questionnaires have more customisation options. Their platform also helps us to generate personalised reports based on the user's given response. This is very useful in generating responses for consulting business and coaching scenarios. Their platform is also very intuitive, and a strong interface makes the engagement very effective.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

Even though their platform is highly effective, some of their advanced features, like automation reporting and logic configuration, are a bit complex need bit of a learning curve. Also, their pricing structures are a bit on a larger scale. Their basic survey options are kindof very simple in that term.

Pointerpro helps us solve the problem of converting the questionnaires into value-generating insight. This also helps automate the campaign and gather deep data through analytical tools, and their communication integration tools are very effective in the marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels. Thus, it saves a lot of manual work and saves time as well.

**What do you like best about Pointerpro?**

This software has been very helpful for our non-profit and we have various different ways we use it---some of which we had not anticipated when we first purchased it.  We use it as a regular check-in for remote workers and groups, for business owner self-assessments and have even tried it for marketing.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

It was a rather difficult process to first learn the software, though the trainings and support staff were very helpful.  Once you master it and create templates for what you want to achieve, it runs smoothly.

**What problems is Pointerpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to assess the knowledge and skills of incoming members to our peer support groups and then to be able to assess their progress.  This tool has let us do this on a micro level---tracking individuals and also across groups and the whole organization.  Really had no way to do that before.

Only hiccup we've had is around the ability to leave a question at neutral without having to click the slider--some people have had a bit of trouble understanding at first. Simple and easy to manage, though!

The whole team is professional and genuinely charming, and it’s a real pleasure to work with them. On top of that, the tool itself is fantastic and, as far as I can tell, unique in how it supports customization while still being intuitive to set up.

The back office feels somewhat limited, especially in terms of layout options and inserting images. That said, I’m confident improvements are on the way.

**What do you like best about Pointerpro?**

I like that Pointerpro is pretty easy to use and highly configurable. There are lots of abilities to release dashboards to customers, which is great. You can set up the dashboards so you don't have to share all the information, allowing them to show it to their staff or publish it to their website with only the information they want to share while protecting the information they don't wish to share. It also provides more flexibility to meet our customers' requirements since different customers have different needs. Pointerpro allows us to service those needs effectively.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

It would be really good if the ability to filter down into data could be limited so that when you do an employee engagement survey, people can't drill down into results to a point where there's only, like, four or five results. Because you might be able to work out the individuals who provided the data anonymously. It'd be good to have some more intelligent limitations on that if possible.

Pointerpro allows us to easily create and brand employee engagement surveys that look commercially strong, which our customers can confidently share with their employees, positioning them positively.

Really love the onboarding/orientation program when signing up and configuring the account. Keila was an attentive and extremely knowledgeable account representative, and the support team was great in helping us through some of the tougher challenges in setting up exactly as required. The translation function is also super easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

The report designer tool has a little bit of a learning curve and feels a little primitive. While the tool does have the ability to modify beyond the basic parameters, it requires advanced technical skill and custom CSS. There are also limited aggregate/group variables available.

The ease of calculating aggregate results/reports is exactly the functionality our organization needs.

**What do you like best about Pointerpro?**

Pointerpro has allowed us to create personalized assessment reports that learners can view and download after taking our flagship assessment inventory, the KonTerra Inventory of Resilience Builders. This has allowed us to easily integrate use of the KIRB in different online trainings and other products. Customer support is also excellent.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

A few of the formatting options in different sections of the report are more limited than ideal. However the report builder tool is is highly customizable and overall very good.

**What problems is Pointerpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to find a way to allow learners to take our inventory and then receive their personal assessment report. Being able to do this with Pointerpro is enabling us to reach more customers with this inventory, and also build use of the inventory into other products.

The setup process was easy, with great assistance from their team, which scheduled regular calls and guided me through each step. I love how PointerPro has saved me hours by streamlining the individualization of reports and assessments. I would like the report design capabilities in Pointer Pro to be more like Canva, making them more efficient and easy to use. Improving the design templates would also be beneficial.

The process that we went through to build out our questionnaire, at first, seemed overwhelming.  But the tech team who worked with me was spot-on knowledgeable and responsive.  I believed that our end product was too complex to present it the way we envisioned, but through the first meeting with Tech to the final end-product, they made it seem so simple.  PLUS, they got it. I mean they understood the mission and did the trouble-shooting with me to develop the assessment results.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

They have great customer support and the consistent communications.  The only downside is the product cost is a bit out of our budget and wish there were more packaging options.

**What problems is Pointerpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of presenting the assessment in a consistent and visually appealing manner seemed unsurmountable on my own. But the tech support was stellar in building the assessment, trouble-shooting the barriers and yielding a quality final product.

**What do you like best about Pointerpro?**

What truly stands out about Pointerpro is its remarkable flexibility and customization capabilities. As a small business, we needed a platform that could adapt to our unique needs, and Pointerpro has delivered on every front. The ability to create deeply personalized, interactive quizzes with dynamic outcomes has been a game-changer for us.

While for more complex tasks it is not very intuitive, the onboarding process makes even the most complex setup feel manageable, and the extensive reporting tools allow us to gain insights quickly. The white-labeling option also adds a professional touch, making it seem like an in-house solution for our clients.

But above all, the customer service—particularly the support from Tove—has been beyond exceptional. The onboarding process was seamless because of her, and we felt supported every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company that makes you feel valued no matter your business size, and Pointerpro absolutely excels in this area.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

There are some small features that make certain tasks a bit tedious, especially when dealing with more complex quizzes. However, every time we raised an issue, the tech team was incredibly responsive and worked on a solution right away.

Additionally, while the platform offers incredible depth, it’s not always intuitive. The onboarding is almost 100% necessary if you're creating anything beyond a basic quiz. Some steps just aren't easy to figure out on your own, and you really need someone to explain them. Thankfully, once explained, everything makes sense, and you're set up for success moving forward.

**What problems is Pointerpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pointerpro has solved several major challenges for us, especially in creating personalized, interactive quizzes that engage our audience while delivering real value. Before using Pointerpro, we struggled to find a platform that could handle complex quiz logic with dynamic results—one that could tailor outcomes based on nuanced scoring without requiring us to spend hours in custom development. Pointerpro's customization options allowed us to automate this process seamlessly.

Additionally, the ability to integrate our quiz data directly into tools like Google Sheets and our email platform, Brevo, has been invaluable. This has streamlined our workflow, enabling us to gather and analyze data more efficiently, while also improving how we engage with our audience post-quiz.

Most importantly, Pointerpro helps us deliver professional, white-labeled experiences for our users, enhancing our brand credibility. Instead of feeling like we're using an external tool, it feels like an extension of our business. This not only helps with client trust but also makes our small team appear larger and more professional than we really are.

The benefits have been immense—quicker setup, more polished output, and more engaged users, all without requiring a large in-house tech team.

**What do you like best about Pointerpro?**

The flexibility and capability to setup questionnaires combined with the potential to add logic in order to get direct insight with dashboards and automated reports (PDF). Great for marketing and periodic reporting. Sufficient functionalities and it works without delays.  New functionalities are added every now and then.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

Reporting would be nice if it is not solely PDF and excel but also and editable pdf or PowerPoint. 

Building the report with all logic can be quite time consuming. As a strategy consultant we often need more bespoke one-off reports. Pointerpro is then great for capturing the insights, but less for reporting.

We quickly had to develop several assessments, including a behavioural assessment as well as one that determines listening styles.
I did a lot of research and found Pointerpro to be the best option.
I learnt how to use it in a couple of weeks with help from the Pointerpro team.
There were a few things I was unsure of and they helpd greatly.
We were able to develop three useful assessment tools in a month, which work very well.

It did take me a while to get used to the scoring system and how this links to output fields in people's final assessment report.
It would be nice if the PDF reports were included in the standard package and if the limit on their use were higher in the Report package.

Customizable PDFs are a standout feature for us, this functionality has made a big difference in how we deliver our reports.

It can sometimes be a bit counterintuitive. But the team is actively working on making the experience smoother, and we’ve already seen some improvements.

The whole process of sales and onboarding went very smooth and helpful, I think that's a big plus. The tool offers a lot of features, which of some are complex, but we got help with our first project. Although the tool works quite intuitive and has some good dashboard/reporting options.

I like how robust the back-end is with variety of questions and examples as well as how powerful it is with deciphering the data into reports. Their customer service always seems to be available via email or scheduled calls so tthat is great and I love how we have a specific account rep.

It's easy to use, offers a wide variety of questions, logic and the best feature is that you can create multiple and personalized reports for different purposes. (Self-assessments, 360 degree feedback, group reports). Conditional texts are a great feature.
Staff is very helpfull and reply quick to my questions.

Downsides are the limited amount of visualizations of data and in some configurations of your reports backwards compatability is limited.

The flexibility as far as questioning and branching goes is excellent. Its a big enough sandbox that I think it would be a great opportunity from a lot of applications.  The costomer support has always been prompt, friendly, and knowledgable.

I think since its such a large sandbox that it is fairly overwhelming for a small team to use. We love the reporting aspect and the connections to Google Drive but I wish there was a way to connect to Microsoft's ecosystem (onedrive, pbi, dynamics etc.) - probably a massive undertaking but I think it would be a great benefit for users.

Back to the overwhelming nature of a large sandbox. I think some basic orientation videos or recorded webinars would be extremely helpful for reminders, learning new strategies etc. There are many times I need a refresher and cant quite find what I need in the FAQ. Granted those are easier to edit than a video but I think those could be helpful for those of a different learning style.

We are looking to use the new Aggregate feature to work on creating our first set of 360 reviews. It allows us to gift branded surveys and assessments to other organizations that we design and create for them which they love.

I think the tool is not very self explaining, if you don't get a full introduction to the tool it is almost impossible to understand or start using the tool, which is not so good

It is highly configurable.  I was able to prepare my survey questions and import them to get up and going very quickly.  It really works well for the way that I intended to use it.

Even though I couldn't find another tool like this with better importing capability.  I wish you could import your questions with all of the configuration details for each question.  This would drastically reduce the time to set up surveys when preparing the questions outside of the tool.

We are providing clients with a self-assessment in preparation for a consulting workshop engagement.  The self-assessment helps them to prepare for the engagement and helps us to identify and focus in on areas of greatest value. Customizing options for different projects, not only for surveys but the reports our participants can download. My team and I have also been impressed with how the PointerPro team--Sarah, Ignatius, Stacy, and recently Nataliia--have been so collaborative, supportive, and serving as excellent partners in making our ideas come to life.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

We experienced issues creating customizable reports using just the regular tools. It seemed to be too limiting and not user-friendly in terms of adjusting or finetuning spacing, for instance. A working knowledge of HTML is definitely needed. After several failed attempts at creating the report ourselves, we partnered with PointerPro for a fee to have them create the report exactly how we wanted it to look. Finally, for distributions, the scheduled times offered (every hour on the hour) are too limiting for us and we have to work around it.

We needed a customizable self-assessment that would result in a recommended list of learning resources based on the assessment results. We also wanted to build on that assessment in a second phase that would allow for a participant to have a 360 assessment with a resulting report for coaching. Pointpro has allowed us to create an assessment and report exactly how we want it and that would be more beneficial (and flexible) for our organization.

**What do you like best about Pointerpro?**

Too many to list- the platform is easy to use, the scoring is quite flexible, there are many item types available, as well as many options in creating reports (different visual presentations of scores, pictures, video, etc.)  White labeling is a lovely feature, too. Equally important is the PointerPro team. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accessible. I have posed many questions to them while I work on a rather advanced/complex assessment and report, and they've always come through for me in a timely way. I have also worked with them on a small customization for the assessment (not for free, of course, but worth every penny - I do not know another assessment platform who does custom work for clients). PointerPro is a platform we can use for surveying/assessing for our clients as well as internally. I also love that we can provide our clients with their own dashboard of their data through the ReportR features.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

There aren't many downsides, I will list three, though what I love about PointerPro outweighs them:  
I would love it if they'd offer backup services, even if at an extra cost. I'd also love it if the text labeling requirements in the report score widgets (specifying a title, or a score label for, say the gauge widget), were optional and not required, or, at least able to adjust its font size/color (making the font color white essentially makes the label optional, it would match paper color). The only other inconvenience is that any scoring formulas that are created for an assessment after the administration of the assessment cannot be retro-applied to the data already collected on the assessment. The new formulas will only be calculated for new, future data collection. Therefore you have to know ahead of time all the possible scoring formulas you want to do ahead of time. Honestly, these three caveats are "overcomeable", and the benefits far outweigh these issues. I had searched high and low for platforms, and no other option came close to the capability, flexibility, and human technical/customer success/sales support as Pointerpro.

**What problems is Pointerpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform to create and deliver assessments, surveys, and reports without having to hire an entire IT/software dev team, or even have a single person at the organization with that kind of technical knowledge/skills. **What do you like best about Pointerpro?**

The ReportR tool has been really useful. You can pretty much get it to create whatever you want as an automated PDF report - include whatever language you want, visuals, etc. It has allowed us to really improve the look and feel of the reporting that assessment participants get. And i love the fact that I can quickly edit, make updates, add information, etc. without having to call someone. I should add - if you do need to chat with someone - they are available live (yes sometimes you have to wait a few minutes - but they are always available to help).

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

From a survey tool perspective - it's ok... it is missing some of the major options that you would expect it to have (like a real matrix style question)- and while i hope they are working on them - you can usually find a work-around. It's really just a matter of knowing what you can/can't do...

**What problems is Pointerpro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not really a problem as much as an opportunity. We wanted to really update and modernize our reporting following an assessment - and really loved the idea of being able to automatically create a PDF report for any/all users.

I love the assesement tool, but what I appreciated the most was the support form the team, the on-boarding process made everything easier, and helped me reach my goal even with the complexity of the platform.

I find it a little hard on the report to customize with ease, there is many great options, but it's less user friendly than expected. Hopefully we were able to personnalised evetything to my liking with the incredible support of the team.

Pointerpro is quite intuitive and the introduction session was also helpful to get started with the tool. I like the diverse options that one has to create the questionnaire. Moreover, the report builder is super easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

I don't like that whenever you leave the page, it reminds you that any unsaved changes will be lost, although I have just saved my work. This would confuse me in the beginning. Additionally, the first time it is a little tricky finding the questions in the other languages.

**What do you like best about Pointerpro?**

The personalized assessments and reports are an amazing way to provide value to prospects and a smart way to get new clients. It fits in a funnel perfectly or it can be sent directly to leads. It clearly sets my company apart from my competition.

The pointer pro support team was very helpful in helping me set up the initial framework and formulas. As I am a perfectionnist, I wanted a state of the art report but also pretty and well designed. 

Great features and also Pointerpro comes out often with updates or new features to improve the user experience.

Once the initial phase of discovery handled, the platform is very easy to use.

Excellent service, all around with very friendly, reactive and arranging team. Highly trustworthy.

**What do you dislike about Pointerpro?**

Setting up formulas can be overwhelming and challenging for a non-expert and not so tech friendly user. But again, with their help it's not a problem.

Make sure it is used on a regular basis to get the most of it. Test, assess and improve. Repeat.

The personalized reports based on particpant's answers is definetly the killing advantage here. No doubt. 
Adds a ton of value.

Steep learning curve. The fact that I lost some unsaved work, and at the same time, the saveguards to prevent this just render the UX unwieldy and annoying. You have to learn its quirks for a seamless experience.
