"PointerPro helps to save lives."

What do you like best about Pointerpro?

We used pointerpro to stand up a couple of assessments to help evaluate whether or not individuals are operating from a compromised state that may lead to addiction, overdose or suicide. The Pointerpro platform was very easy to use and easy to implement. The team at PointerPro was extraordinarily helpful and gave us all of the information we needed when we needed it. What do you dislike about Pointerpro?

There are some minor latency issues with the platform when making changes to large assessments. Some of the ability to modify custom formulas is a little cumbersome, especially when we organizing the formulas for the output page. If your assessment is large, be prepared to spend quite a bit of time creating all of the formulas and PDF reports associated with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very good usability and functionality"

What do you like best about Pointerpro?

What I like most is the report function. In particular, the relaunch of this function is very intuitive to use. In addition, an extremely large amount is possible, especially through the use of variables. The great depth of functionality combined with the simplicity of the application convince me a lot.

In addition, the support is quick to respond and has always been able to help me very well. In connection with this, the "library" of tips and tricks is also really helpful. If you search a bit here, you will find good guides on all topics that instruct you on how to do what. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pointerpro?

What bothers me is that the website often hangs or takes a long time to load, which is most likely not due to my PC or internet connection. Since this problem only occurs sometimes, especially during European peak working hours, I could imagine that the server capacity is sometimes not quite sufficient. "Sophisticated options and great customer service"

What do you like best about Pointerpro?

We were able to do everything that we wanted, for a very detailed evaluation that had over 90 permutations and provided a highly personalised report. The team are always on hand to help and we found them very responsive and very patient. The interface is straightforward, once you get the hang of it. We felt appreciated and valued as customers. "Extremely customizable and becoming a better product all the time"

What do you like best about Pointerpro?

Super customizable. Granted, there are different tiers, but we're at a high tier and it's fantastic to either have features readily available or the ability to dive into formulas and code and make what we need happen. Design-wise, being able to generate reports that have our branding and that can be completely coded according to the layout we need is fantastic. I'm constantly impressed with my interactions with the team members in various areas of the company as they have offered their expertise to us over the last year and a half. I love that Pointerpro is specifically working on the needs that those in our company's niche have (consulting/coaching), because features come faster for us. Their roadmap for the next year has me very excited, and makes me hopeful about Pointerpro being an excellent long-term solution for our company and clients. I'm not sure how Pointerpro stacks up against alternatives at lower tiers?

What do you like best about Pointerpro?

I like how easy it is to create the different assessments. The question logic is sound, and you can create multiple variations based on user behavior. Plus, the support staff is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some functionalities that are missing: mainly the ability to block personal emails and a captcha-like function to remove bot traffic. What do you like best about Pointerpro?

Designing surveys is really easy with pointerpro. The dashboard to manage and view the results of your surveys is very practical.

What do you dislike about Pointerpro?

One drawback is that you can't create dynamic reports, or collapse the summary from multiple surveys to have a single dashboard. I have not found a way to generate a questionnaire in the form of a matrix where with only one question you can evaluate several topics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
