Pointerpro makes it easy to survey and analyze individual, team, and company-wide insights. When selecting vendors, I chose Pointerpro because of the seamless transition from assessment administration to assessment insights using their ReportR platform. It is great to see how it combines basic survey functionality with a very powerful reporting suite to enable benchmarking, automated respondent reports and lead magnet forms. The UX and overall look and feel is also very appealing. As a new customer, their onboarding and customer support is fantastic. Ideal for experts and novice users alike. It is accelerating our ability personalise the user journey by allowing us to invite our target audience to participate in assessments and following up on that action with an instant results report where the participant can see their performance compared to others. You have to translate generic items in a survey for each survey with multiple languages

There is support from a Customer Success Representative who takes you through the entire platform, ensuring awareness of the range of capabilities of the system. Handover to from sales to implementation with no previous understanding from prior years project. I felt like it was the first time running the project where in reality it was the 3rd.
