What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?

Pabau is a very comprehensive practice software that aligns well with cosmetic and medical practices that want to work professionally and grow. The platform combines scheduling, electronic patient records, consent, billing, and automated communication into one system and supports good record-keeping, traceability, and quality assurance.

An important advantage is the helpdesk. Support is easily accessible, actively thinks along, and assists with both technical questions and setting up workflows and onboarding. The support feels involved and solution-oriented. Additionally, there is often room for consultation and accommodations or custom agreements through the account manager or representative, which is pleasant for growth or long-term use.

What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?

A point of attention remains the cost and credit structure. Some functions that feel basic require credits or fall outside the standard package. Therefore, it is important to carefully review in advance what credits are needed for and how they are used, to avoid unexpected costs.

Employees must often work through a checklist when setting up. This sometimes feels a bit forced, but it does ensure that you get the most out of the system.

This all-in-one system is incredibly convenient. You don't need to purchase countless add-ons to access the tools that everyone values, which sets it apart from other companies. What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?

Integrated systems - Leads, Online bookings, Pabau Go mobile app for ipads.Flow throughs for patient pathways. Automated systems. Customer tickets to report issues and how quickly they get resolves, The more I use the system on a daily basis the more i get from the Pabau system, just sending a marketing email on broadcast is very easy. Implementing is easy with xero and other apps, follow this up with ticketed customer support that get actioned quickly 24/7 it is amazing.

What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?

Does Buffer on a monday morning when busy, also implementing the ICD codes is hard, The add ons are becoming to much at the moment, marketing plus, care plus. plus the actually cost of using the system, it becomes expensive. What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?

What I like best about Pabau is the customer support. The webchat is fast, friendly, and issues are resolved quickly with good follow-up. The system is also excellent for compliance, with a wide range of ready-made forms that help keep everything organised and inspection-ready. Even though my business doesn’t fit neatly into their standard setup, the team have worked with me to find practical workarounds and have been supportive as my services have grown. What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?

From day one the team at Pabau have been pro active, approachable and helpful throughout the onboarding process.

I like that everything is stored in one application and that once you are used to the software it is totally easy to navigate.

I like that is adheres to GDPR when storing data which is necessary.

No question is deemed silly and Eve has arranged regular one to one meetings with me to go through the whole process making it easy to access and navigate.

What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?

Pabau Success team is impressive and the business model is really built to help you succeed. I am an experienced IT Professional and 2 things stood out to me when evaluating Pabau 2 and immediately after our purchase. The fact that the dev team built a new platform form to eliminate technical debt and kludgy performance, impressed me at hello. I am mid on-boarding journey and the success team is available. I say that again, I did not purchase a product to only be left learning with minimal support. They check in, they provide work arounds and yes, I have witnessed them submitting bug fixes on my behalf. The power of this software is meeting and succeeding my expectations. Do not join the freeware crowd, your infrastructure can make or break you in time. I want to enjoy running my business, not dealing with poor performing software. Probably the only feedback I have at this moment, is the number of emails I receive with follow ups and post meeting notes. It can be overwhelming when you have 2+ calls a week with the success team and I am starting to become immune to them. I know this will lessen as we get deeper into the on-boarding but the flip side it also demonstrates strong software capabilities which is exactly what I was looking for. What do you like best about Pabau Practice Management?

I truly value the opportunity to have online sessions with the assigned staff, as they guide you step by step through the process while you work. This support has made it much easier to implement changes and begin using the system immediately. In addition, I have taken advantage of Pabau Academy, which I believe is ahead of its time. What do you dislike about Pabau Practice Management?

Because they are in a different time zone, arranging meetings has been somewhat challenging. However, they do tailor their staff to fit your needs. Another point to note is that you can access Pabau Academy before logging into your Pabau account. I spent many hours watching the academy videos, but found it difficult to follow along since I didn't yet have access to the account. Despite these issues, the meetings were helpful and they were able to clarify many things for me. Having not dealt with an system that uses credits for certain functions, this was never explained to me. Although I was told that it was in all of the emailed content it was not addressed in the initial sales meetings (2). I really have no idea how much it will cost me to run the practice after prescriptions and SMS. At present there is no timeline designating when faxing will be available as it only states COMING soon. There are some US medical centers that are archaic in our region and only accept fax referrals so we will need to find a work around. She guided me step-by-step through setting up the booking system, ensuring it was not only functional but also visually appealing and accessible for clients.
