What do you like best about Nutshell?

I liked that it keeps a record of the emails we have with each client, so its easy to scroll down and see our conversation history. We are a wholesale company so when it comes to selling online I believe there are much better programs to help you keep track of customers and leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Our sales team has found that when it comes to attaching invoices or other documents for each client, this isnt the best program. Although you have the ability to have attachments, there is no way to organize them or file them underneath the customers profile. Especially if you have multiple documents. What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used nutshell as a way to manage our customers and have everything in one place. We liked that we could assign sales rep to each customer profile along with their shipping and contact information. We love that we could see the email theat with each customer. But when it comes to adding notes under their profile or any kind of attachment, then it doesn't compare to the competition. Software is easy to navigate, sort, and update. We make frequent use of the bulk update features and have been very happy with them.
