Customer service and implementation team is great **What do you dislike about Netchex?** There is nothing for me do dislike at this moment. New user. **What problems is Netchex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reports are very clean. Unlike our previous system, there were a lot of canned report. We are able to manipulate data very easy. In addition, we plan to start using the onboard and ATS feature to minimize the manual entry ### 2. It has all of my employees payroll/HR tools in one place. They can update their demographics, print out their own paystubs as well as some other great functions. **What do you dislike about Netchex?** I havent found anything I dont like about this program yet. **What problems is Netchex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving employees their access to their own tax info, paystubs, demos, etc. It saves me time. ### 3. A real person answers the phone when you call and help is seconds away. They solve issues on the spot or elevate it to someone else when appropriate. I never feel that my need is passed around or turned into a "ticket" that doesn't see the light of day. **What do you dislike about Netchex?** We've had difficulty finding a 3rd party bridge provider able to bring our POS data into Netchex. Hopefully these relationships are being cultivated more and more by Netchex. **What problems is Netchex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seamless payroll process Paperless new hire onboarding Accurate paid time off accrual and tracking HR support for difficult HR situations ### 4. To get a list for meeting check in or to ensure all info is up to date, is really easy to do. **What do you dislike about Netchex?** Can’t see the staff employee codes on individual pages. No in house messaging. **What problems is Netchex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Staff management.
