What do you like best about Netchex?

The platform is easy to use. Taking onboarding from all paper to digital was a HUGE win and has allowed us to improve our overall onboarding experience for our candidates/new hires. Also like being able to build our own custom reports in there. Very easy and intuitive to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netchex?

There are some parts of the system that don't talk to each other well (or at all). An example is the ATS and EEO reporting. The ATS gathers EEO data, but when someone is hired, it's not transferred over when they are hired. Entering that data is also cumbersome because it's not part of the employer onboarding. "Netchex is my forever-favorite payroll platform!"

What do you like best about Netchex?

I like that Netchex delivers service, functionality, and any training you may need. The web-based platform is user-friendly and much more than just a payroll SaaS. Not only have I moved almost all HR functions to Netchex, I even use it as my company's intranet. I can use it for recruiting as my ATS, then onboard internal and external applicants, deliver the employee life cycle, and seamlessly initiate COBRA at the end of employment. Netchex is a compliance dream! You also have many options for communication - from a dedicated service team and a phone number with a human on the other end, to an online community where you can submit issues/questions, or just email the support team. They will even log your requests for tracking so everyone is on the same page. I like a company that self-audits and holds accountability in high regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netchex?

I can always think of more the system can do to help me with my daily work and special projects, and not everything has an easy answer when it is a complex request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Netchex solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Netchex?

I enjoy the employees because they are caring, nice and try their best to be helpful in resolving issues. The amount of time spent for payroll is less, the entering of new/rehire employees is easier, and the access of reports are right at for finger tips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When an employee enters direct deposit acct #'s they have a choice for prenote and we don't use that but we have employees who chose it when they shouldn't and it causes issues with the checks being cashed at the bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Netchex for 2 years now and I can not be happier with the company and the product. Their support group is very responsive and the platform is continually being improved.
