I really like the ease of navigation Netchex provides. It makes moving from one area to another on the site simple. When I need help finding something, the navigation help steps you through it, which is super helpful. The accrual/attendance should be easier for employees to understand. There are options being seen by the employees to choose as a day off like 'vacation' or 'personal' when we don't use that; we only use 'PTO' and 'Unpaid time.' Nothing, just wish running reports were easier. With that said, anytime I need a specific report, the staff is always professional and more than willing to help figure it out.
