What do you like best about Netchex?

I genuinely admire the company's relentless drive for innovation and their ongoing efforts to enhance the user experience. It's impressive how they continually introduce new features and improvements that meet the evolving needs of their users. Additionally, I love the platform's high level of customization, which allows me to tailor it to my specific preferences and workflows, making it not only user-friendly but also perfectly suited to my personal requirements. What do you dislike about Netchex?

There can be processes that aren't user-friendly. My main qualm is that Netchex doesn't let you make status changes for a future effective date. I know they are working on this now, and I'm excited for it to roll out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netchex?

As an employee and as a client administrator, it is very easy to navigate back and forth from accounts. I think processing payroll is the easiest, straightforward part of using Netchex.

What do you dislike about Netchex?

Account representatives will never return calls or communication requests. The Submit a Case representatives are helpful but company "Client Success Representatives," "Client Service Representatives," and "Client Account Representatives" are basically non-existent.

Not being able to delete/remove departments, codes, schedule groups is a tad bit annoying. Time and Attendance punching in and out glitches on a daily basis for no reason.

The lack of transparency in pricing and the minimum monthly fee is the worst part. With respect to the first paragraph, I cannot communicate with anyone to infer about product add-ons and adjustments of the contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
