What do you like best about Netchex?

All the options to have to get help. They have so many options if you get stuck or need help with something including email someone, videos, printouts, opening tickets... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netchex?

User-friendly, great customer service, create your own reports or use theirs, we saved $40,000 a year moving to Netchex from ADP. All online, access from anywhere, No time clocks needed. We reduced paperwork by 50%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netchex?

Like all programs, there is an occasional glitch with employees signing in, but it is always resolved quickly with no lingering issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Netchex:

You won't find a better web-based software at this price with all the bells and whistles. Cheaper competitors do not have the technology and abilities that Netchex has. More expensive ones are not worth it when you can get the same thing with Netchex. I would take them over ADP, Paylocity and Paycom, any day! What problems is Netchex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Much easier to navigate than old ADP software (saves time). Much more cost-effective than competitors (saves money). Web-based, easier access (reduce paperwork/save time). Phased out old-time clocks, employees use smartphones and computers to clock in/out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netchex?

What do you like best about Netchex?

The Netchex system is user-friendly and intuitive. It tracks our employees' time, and we use it to process payroll. Their system enables us to have shift differientals and set times for holiday hours. They process our SUTA and 941 reports on a quarterly basis, as well as paying our payroll taxes timely. What do you dislike about Netchex?

Even though we have a group who answers our questions, lately their response time has been longer than normal. This probably relates back to COVID-19. I wish they were setup better for FMLA eligibility and tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Netchex?

I love the integrated platform. With our old payroll company you would have to make the same change in several different areas of the software. With Netchex it only takes once.
