What do you like best about Neon CRM?

You can capture as much or little information as you wish; print reports based on any criteria; do email/mail merges; set tasks; upload forms; etc, etc. The Neon Academy is great for searching procedures, and the Neon Support staff is responsive and helpful. The monthly webinars introducing new releases are very helpful and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Neon CRM?

It is mostly geared towards donors and donations. The bulk of our income comes from events, and the system (for both legacy and new) is not really set up for our needs yet, so we must use workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Also, anything I don't know has been illuminated by the free webinars and excellent customer service assistance. As a small organization processing funds in multiple formats, our money is deposited quickly and efficiently at proper and reasonable rates! The format is easy to use and took almost no time to implement mostly due to the outstanding customer service. We use the system daily. What do you like best about Neon CRM?

It's the ease of the software for us and our team. If we have a question 9/10 times we're able to find a helpful article, but the times we cannot find that customer support is so fast on their replies and very helpful! We use Neon every day and it's incredibly easy and the interface is so clean.
