Employees going on leave want answers quickly and UNUM provides that support **What do you dislike about UNUM?** SOMETIMES - UNUM sends paper notifications not emails and they get missed. **What problems is UNUM solving and how is that benefiting you?** UNUM helps us with employees going on leave. Very user friendly! Customer service is amazing! It does most of the work for us which makes the employees happy! ### 2. The website billing/adminisration is a bit confusing at times **Recommendations to others considering UNUM:** Ensure that you understand all of the coverages and extras that are included. Always check bills to ensure the employee voluntary life and accident costs are consistent with the employee deductions. **What problems is UNUM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Insurance - life, accident Disability - short-term, long-term Wellness - Critical Illness prevention/coverage, EAP ### 3. We've had a couple of folks need to put in claims for STD, and it's been easy for both them and us! Anytime we've gotten stuck or needed help, their customer service team has been fantastic. **What do you like best about UNUM?** Straightforward and easy to understand. Simple to make changes (adding/removing employees, changing salaries, etc.). Excellent customer service and genereally intuitive UI. **What do you dislike about UNUM?** As an admin, it can be a little confusing to go through the STD claim process for the first time. The system is a little clunky, but once you understand where everything is, it all makes sense! **What problems is UNUM solving and how is that benefiting you?** UNUM helps us efficiently manage our STD, LTD, and life insurance benefits for the entire company! ### 5. I’m glad my company used them. **What do you like best about UNUM?** Ease of app use.
