What do you like best about UNUM?

What do you dislike about UNUM?

Some of the coverages are a bit high, but don't often increase. The website billing/adminisration is a bit confusing at times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering UNUM:

Ensure that you understand all of the coverages and extras that are included. Always check bills to ensure the employee voluntary life and accident costs are consistent with the employee deductions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use UNUM to manage our STD, LTD, and life insurance. We've had a couple of folks need to put in claims for STD, and it's been easy for both them and us! Anytime we've gotten stuck or needed help, their customer service team has been fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UNUM?

Straightforward and easy to understand. Simple to make changes (adding/removing employees, changing salaries, etc.). Excellent customer service and genereally intuitive UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UNUM?

As an admin, it can be a little confusing to go through the STD claim process for the first time. The system is a little clunky, but once you understand where everything is, it all makes sense! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
