What I like most about Microsoft Teams is its seamless integration with the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Being able to collaborate on Excel sheets or Word documents directly inside a chat or channel without opening a separate browser window saves a massive amount of time. It acts as a centralized hub for all internal communication, file sharing, and project tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downside of Microsoft Teams is its heavy resource consumption. It eats up a massive amount of RAM, which can noticeably slow down the entire system, especially during video calls with screen sharing turned on. The desktop application can feel quite bloated and heavy compared to lighter alternatives like Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
