What I like best about Teams is the convenience! Everything you need to communicate is at your fingertips. I can call, chat or text in a couple of clicks. It is fast and simple. Having access to my calendar and being able to quickly setup meetings save me time and money. My use of Zoom is down drastically thanks to Teams. Its integration with One Drive and other Microsoft products makes it very useful. Access to Copilot AI Chat is very useful. Onboarding is simple everything you need everything you need is right there, including an intuitive UI. Considering its power pricing product pricing is reasonable. I’d really like more ways to organize the look and feel of chats, groups, and teams, because the UI can start to feel cluttered fast once regular chats, meeting chats, groups, and other similar threads are all mixed together. It would also help to be able to take notes directly within Teams, or quickly turn chat messages into reminders or to-do items, since I often use messages to capture those things. A built-in note-taking or task feature would be a genuinely valuable addition, especially in enterprise environments where I’ve run into limitations when certain consulting firms restrict the use of add-ons.
