I’d really like more ways to organize the look and feel of chats, groups, and teams, because the UI can start to feel cluttered fast once regular chats, meeting chats, groups, and other similar threads are all mixed together. It would also help to be able to take notes directly within Teams, or quickly turn chat messages into reminders or to-do items, since I often use messages to capture those things. A built-in note-taking or task feature would be a genuinely valuable addition, especially in enterprise environments where I’ve run into limitations when certain consulting firms restrict the use of add-ons.
