For me, the best part is how well it integrates with the Microsoft ecosystem. Since most of my work already happens in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneDrive, Teams fits naturally into my day-to-day workflow. The application can occasionally feel heavy on system resources, particularly when I have multiple meetings, chats, and large files open at the same time. The search function for older chats and messages could also be more reliable, as it doesn’t always surface what I’m looking for.

It is highly optimized, institutional pricing is reasonable, the ui/ux is very efficient operation as it can be as simple as just a click. The complexity is close to none as it tries to resemble a normal social platform. the video resolution while streaming in a meeting is one of the best but the date loss can be improved. We have multiple app integrations which can have live sharing of data to co ordinate with the teams. The AI is still under development because copilot is kind of slightly new . The downsides are caused maybe because of the time taken to update such as defining roles to people . High resource usage in the startup of the app. Might lag when used in very old hardware. Microsoft Teams has a simple interface, which makes it very beginner-friendly. It can also be integrated with other tools like Power Apps, which makes it easier to handle Teams data in a large-scale company. The Copilot AI feature also helps me find quick solutions to my problems.

I like how user-friendly and productive MS Teams is. It’s a great tool for communicating and collaborating with colleagues. I like how quickly I can send messages, and I also appreciate the search functionality for finding things within conversations. I have been using Microsoft Teams for the past four years. It has a clean and simple UI, and it makes day-to-day work much more organized by reducing the dependency on long email threads. MS Teams can be a bit slow, messy and tedious with multiple chats and channels. Searching for old conversations or files is frustrating. The UI is not user friendly but powerful. The notifications are overwhelming and there is too much overlap between the features. In case of 2FA security for client environments one can face a lot of issues especially. Performance tends to drop in lengthy meetings. And with screen sharing the app is slow and the system is sluggish.
