For me, the best part is how well it integrates with the Microsoft ecosystem. Since most of my work already happens in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneDrive, Teams fits naturally into my day-to-day workflow. It makes it really convenient to share files during meetings, collaborate on spreadsheets, and quickly access previous discussions when I need context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The application can occasionally feel heavy on system resources, particularly when I have multiple meetings, chats, and large files open at the same time. The search function for older chats and messages could also be more reliable, as it doesn’t always surface what I’m looking for.
Notifications can also become overwhelming in large group channels unless they’re customized carefully, so it takes a bit of tweaking to keep them manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
