I really like how easy and straightforward everything is with ListKit. The campaigns are set up for me, I can edit scripts directly, and the support is next level—especially the flexibility with billing and live support for things like webhooks. Almost everything about the actual experience. I was bounced between multiple sales and onboarding reps who clearly weren’t communicating with each other, and none of them seemed to fully understand their own software. Simple requests took weeks — I submitted campaign changes nearly 30 days ago, and they were only just updated. I repeatedly asked for certain lists to be excluded and others included, and they consistently did the opposite. Most of my paid time on the platform has been spent waiting for their team to fix mistakes or take action. I really like the level of drill-down filtration that ListKit offers, which helps to narrow down exactly what I'm looking for. The results or the data we generate are mostly accurate and reachable. With its features, I can reach the maximum accuracy level of the data I'm targeting. We also found more features in ListKit compared to the previous service we used. It's not a complete platform like Apollo unless you send nearly $3,000, so the comparisons to 'being better than Apollo' that they tout are an outright lie.

You sign up, and you can only target by role, country, city... nothing focused, no company size, no intent, no nothing. Then you're forced to essentially take all the contacts they give you and... from what I can see, that's about it. Money down the drain, in my opinion, if you're a small business.

I will cancel my subscription the moment the contacts are downloaded and will then return to Apollo to do anything with them.

All the other features they advertise are clearly premium. You can't even integrate a CRM without paying $1,000s.

STAY AWAY from this company. There are other data and cold email providers. Their platform is okay, but they will charge your card over and over, double-paying each month, and their customer support will not do anything about it. They don't care about their customers, retention, or their success.

They stole thousands of dollars from me. I'm having to fight the charges with my bank, as their customer support is worthless.

I really value the added benefit ListKit offers in terms of cost and information quality. I found the initial setup of ListKit quite rough, which is often the case when implementing new software or CRMs. Specifically, the integration into our CRM required more step-by-step guidance. During the initial integration, data transfer wasn't smooth; certain details like emails, phone numbers, or company addresses sometimes didn't transfer correctly, necessitating manual data entry. Additionally, dealing with complex integrations like Pipedrive also posed challenges due to the restrictions and complications in transferring data efficiently without issues. I really liked the idea of the intent data leads. However I have to question how accurate they are. It was sold to us that if a lead was coming in through intent data it meant that they had searched for the criteria in the last 24 hours but we never received any positive replies from those leads. Implementation was really disorganized with the representative not knowing the answers to most of our questions nor any care to find out the answers to our questions. We worked through email templates, but relied heavily on ListKit, as they had told us that they were experts in building out campaigns. Once we finished implementation, we scheduled a review call with one of their experts, but he spent the first 15 minutes of the call telling us that the email campaigns that they had built were terrible. We implemented those new templates and still didn't have any positive responses. While I was trying to cancel, ListKit pushed me to take another call with their support team. At the conclusion of that call, the representative said he would review our messaging and lead lists and would have an update to me in a few days. I received no update or follow up. -Easy to dump very high volume of data at once. (We use external data source and bulk upload CSV).

Ramp up will be extremely slow. Sending volume per domain is ultra low to ensure maximum deliverability. We are 1 month in and all inboxes are at a 100% sending score. Expect that your 2-3 weeks will be very slow with significant ramp up by end of the first month.

The contacts are triple verified, the list builder is easy to use, the team scheduled a one2one screen share session to make sure I'm getting the most from the platform. In addition, they have training videos on how to use the platform as well as training videos on cold email marketing best practices. During my technical training session, they gave me some great feedback on my marketing approach that will definitely make my campaigns more successful and more scalable. I couldn't ask for more!
