We've had a very positive experience with ListKit. What initially drew us in was the pricing. Compared to many of the alternatives we evaluated, ListKit offered a cost-effective solution that made it easy to get started without a significant investment. The customer service has also been outstanding. Their team has been responsive, helpful, and easy to work with whenever we've had questions. I also appreciate that they share useful information and updates without flooding my inbox with constant sales emails. The platform has helped us identify valuable prospects and support our outreach efforts. Like any data provider, not every contact is going to be perfect, but we've been pleased with the quality of the information and the overall value we've received. Overall, ListKit delivers a strong combination of affordability, useful data, and excellent customer support. What do you dislike about ListKit? My biggest criticism is that I occasionally can't find a contact or organization I'm looking for. However, I've found that to be true of every prospecting platform I've used, and it hasn't prevented us from generating valuable opportunities through ListKit. ListKit is helping us solve one of the biggest challenges in prospecting: finding accurate contact information and identifying the right decision makers efficiently. Before using ListKit, a significant amount of time was spent researching organizations, searching for contacts, and verifying email addresses. ListKit has streamlined that process by providing company and contact data in one place, allowing us to spend less time researching and more time having meaningful conversations with prospective customers. The biggest benefit for our team has been increased efficiency. We can build prospect lists faster, reach more qualified contacts, and focus our efforts on relationship building and business development rather than manual data gathering. My ListKit campaigns have been extremely reliable. Deliverability has remained consistent, inbox placement and rotation hold up across campaigns, and we haven’t dealt with missing messages or unstable metrics... which has been a big improvement compared to similar tools we have tested. The interface is intuitive, workflows are logical, and core features are easy to access without digging through menus. Integrations are straightforward to set up and work seamlessly with existing systems, which made implementation quick and frictionless. At the same time, the platform is feature rich, without feeling bloated. It offers everything needed to run and scale successful cold email campaigns. From list building and deliverability tools to warming infrastructure and campaign management. ListKit does this without overwhelming the user, or requiring constant configuration. The list building platform is clean and easy to use, with accurate and regularly updated contact data. The "Done-For-You" setup made onboarding simple, and the email warming/sending infrastructure scales well as campaigns grow. This allowed us to run multiple campaigns without constant monitoring or troubleshooting. From a results standpoint, we have consistently seen 100+ new client engagements per campaign and roughly a 15–25% increase in business. This has all been achieved without callbacks or heavy manual intervention on our part. Their Customer Support Team is another major plus. They stay engaged, remember relevant context about our account and campaigns, and provide proactive assistance when we need it. This makes the entire experience a real operational difference when compared to similar products on the market. In my opinion, ListKit is truly one of the best products of it's kind available. As with any outreach platform, there’s a learning curve when first getting your campaigns live. It took me a while to get acquainted with their internal systems, but the onboarding process and customer support team assisted us whenever we had any type of question or hiccup along the way. ListKit solves the problem of unreliable cold email outreach by providing strong deliverability, accurate contact data, and stable sending infrastructure. Before using ListKit, we dealt with inconsistent inbox placement, technical issues, and time-intensive outreach methods like cold calling. By enabling a shift to an email-first outreach model, ListKit allowed us to move our prospects directly from cold email to website engagement. (We use external data source and bulk upload CSV). -Support team is really good. -After the first month with high deliverability. we increased the plan from 15k to 45k credits. We are 1 month in and all inboxes are at a 100% sending score. Expect that your 2-3 weeks will be very slow with significant ramp up by end of the first month. It's extremely easy to filter out and export verified lead lists that have been triple-verified. It is quick and takes less time than most of the other platforms I've tried. Intent data is updated every 24 hours. Lastly, it verifies previously exported contacts to prevent duplicates. What makes it even better is that they help with the whole outreach process. They give you the leads, help you set up email automation, and even assist with writing your messages. Basically, they cover everything from who to contact, how to contact them, and what to say.
