## ListKit Reviews
 ### 1. Terrible service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

The idea of combining list building, domains, inboxes, and outreach tools in one platform sounded convenient. The original sales presentation made the setup process appear straightforward, which is why I decided to purchase the service.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

My experience with ListKit's support was terrible and, in my opinion, felt like smoke and mirrors. After paying, I realized that the sender persona/display names associated with the inbox setup were not what I intended. I was not asking to change the domains or mailbox usernames. I was trying to correct the alias/persona or sender display name while the inboxes were still being provisioned.

ListKit has publicly viewable Swagger documentation titled "ListKit API." It includes a GET endpoint for ScaledMail personas and a PUT endpoint for updating a persona. I understood that documented functionality to cover the persona/display-name change I needed. I attempted the update during provisioning, but the API returned an error saying that the order could not be modified because it was already considered active.

When I asked for assistance, employees were dismissive and the explanations were inconsistent. I was told that developers were working on the issue, but I was also given answers suggesting that the API did not exist or could not perform the documented persona update. Support did not resolve the issue while provisioning was still time-sensitive.

I repeatedly asked whether I could receive a full or partial refund or transfer the domains after paying. They refused to provide either resolution. I openly acknowledged to the salesperson that I had made a setup mistake, but instead of helping me correct it, that admission was thrown back in my face as justification for refusing to help.

After I brought these concerns up in the shared Slack group, I was removed from it. The Slack conversation became read-only and displayed a notice saying that our organizations were no longer connected. Losing access to the main support community immediately after raising a concern made an already bad experience worse.

ListKit's public response to my Trustpilot review was defensive and personal. It focused on my use of AI to help communicate the complaint and claimed that other customers had sided with the company rather than addressing the actual issue: the persona-update functionality appeared in the API documentation, the update failed during provisioning, support gave inconsistent answers, and I was refused a refund or domain transfer.

Customers should be able to raise a legitimate concern without being dismissed, publicly criticized, or removed from a support channel. Based on the inconsistent information, the failed persona-change process, the refusal to offer a reasonable resolution, and the way my complaint was handled, I would not recommend ListKit.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I purchased ListKit to consolidate lead-list building and outbound email infrastructure in one place. It was supposed to simplify domains, inboxes, and campaign setup. In practice, the persona issue and the effort required to obtain support created more work, and I have not received the operational benefit I expected from the purchase.

 ### 2. 45,000 Emails, Zero ROI.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | President & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

Their initial pitch and discovery call was the only positive.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

We used this DFY service to generate leads for U.S.-based e-commerce brands using Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.

Our offer is pretty straightforward: we provide a free, high-value Google Ads audit that reviews a company’s account, identifies inefficiencies, and delivers actionable recommendations to improve ROAS. This only makes sense for legitimate e-commerce businesses actively running ads.

The results were extremely disappointing. We sent approximately 45,000 emails and received only one legitimate reply from a company that was not even e-commerce but a B2B company, and outside our target entirely.

The core issue was the data. Leads consistently fell outside our criteria, including: Non-U.S. companies (e.g., Germany), Businesses without functional websites, Irrelevant platforms like Wix, and Outdated or low-quality companies that were not viable prospects.

We raised these concerns multiple times with our account executive, Yasir, but targeting issues were never properly resolved.

If your outreach depends on accurate targeting and qualified leads, this service will not deliver.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing

 ### 3. Disappointing Service, Far Below Expectations

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pierre C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

Nothing

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

ListKit didn't solve anything for us. They were supposed to run great outbound campaigns to land new customers, but their performance was terrible. We used their rotating mailbox with a master mailbox to send 30,000 emails and only got 4 non-negative responses, with just 2 being real. None converted, making it a complete scam of a service. We churned out of them. It doesn't work and it's far from the 3% positive reply rate that's the industry standard. We got 2 out of 30,000 emails, which is orders of magnitude worse. The setup was hard, requiring 3-4 calls all for nothing, plus a $1,500 onboarding fee.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ListKit didn't solve anything for me. Their outbound campaigns had terrible performance, and we received only 2 real responses out of 30,000 emails. It's very far from the 3% industry standard and doesn't work.

 ### 4. Disorganized Support and Poor Execution Undermine a Promising Concept

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben N. | Founder | CEO | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

Honestly, the only positive was the initial pitch — the concept of automated list building sounded promising. The idea behind the product is solid, but unfortunately the execution and support never lived up to it.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

Almost everything about the actual experience. I was bounced between multiple sales and onboarding reps who clearly weren’t communicating with each other, and none of them seemed to fully understand their own software. Simple requests took weeks — I submitted campaign changes nearly 30 days ago, and they were only just updated. I repeatedly asked for certain lists to be excluded and others included, and they consistently did the opposite. Most of my paid time on the platform has been spent waiting for their team to fix mistakes or take action. The overall lack of coordination, product knowledge, and basic competence made the entire process incredibly frustrating.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my case, ListKit hasn’t solved any problems. The delays, miscommunications, and incorrect list handling have actually created more work for me, not less. Instead of streamlining outreach, I’ve spent weeks chasing down updates, correcting their mistakes, and waiting for basic tasks to be completed. Any potential benefit was overshadowed by the amount of time and money wasted.

 ### 5. Totally disappointing

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

Probably their advertising, it sucked me into spending $97 for no reason!

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

It's not a complete platform like Apollo unless you send nearly $3,000, so the comparisons to 'being better than Apollo' that they tout are an outright lie.

You sign up, and you can only target by role, country, city... nothing focused, no company size, no intent, no nothing. Then you're forced to essentially take all the contacts they give you and... from what I can see, that's about it. Money down the drain, in my opinion, if you're a small business.

I will cancel my subscription the moment the contacts are downloaded and will then return to Apollo to do anything with them.

All the other features they advertise are clearly premium. You can't even integrate a CRM without paying $1,000s.

I don't leave many reviews, but I feel like people should be warned.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I guess verifed emails, but I had that already, I was keen to see how ListKit compared to Apollo, as they shout about. It doesn't. It's not even in the same ballpark for the cost.

 ### 6. Big Promises, Zero Results

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared O. | Vice President of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

They took a very hands on approach in creating our copy

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

Account manager didn't seem to care if our campaigns succeeded.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were supposed to send emails that generated meetings. If that happened, I wouldn't be writing this review.

 ### 7. Stay away from this company

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zack H. | Co Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

The platform was okay. My emails seemed to be getting delivered.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

STAY AWAY from this company. There are other data and cold email providers. Their platform is okay, but they will charge your card over and over, double-paying each month, and their customer support will not do anything about it. They don't care about their customers, retention, or their success.
They stole thousands of dollars from me. I'm having to fight the charges with my bank, as their customer support is worthless.
Give your hard-earned money to another company; these guys are crooks!

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No benefit, they took thousands of dollars from me.

 ### 8. Chaos

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana T. | Bronto Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

I really liked the idea of the intent data leads. However I have to question how accurate they are. It was sold to us that if a lead was coming in through intent data it meant that they had searched for the criteria in the last 24 hours but we never received any positive replies from those leads.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

Implementation was really disorganized with the representative not knowing the answers to most of our questions nor any care to find out the answers to our questions. We worked through email templates, but relied heavily on ListKit, as they had told us that they were experts in building out campaigns. Once we finished implementation, we scheduled a review call with one of their experts, but he spent the first 15 minutes of the call telling us that the email campaigns that they had built were terrible. We implemented those new templates and still didn't have any positive responses. While I was trying to cancel, ListKit pushed me to take another call with their support team. At the conclusion of that call, the representative said he would review our messaging and lead lists and would have an update to me in a few days. I received no update or follow up. We have since moved on to LemList and have already received more positive responses in two weeks than we did in the 3+ months we used ListKit.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Build out lead lists and set up automated email campaigns.

 ### 9. Easy to Use, But Cold Outbound Results Fell Flat for Our Service Organization

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

Platform is simple enough to use. Fairly easy to understand where you are being successful or not.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

Have proven unable to show success for a service organization. After over 18k cold outbound emails not a single positive response. I have had more success in customized personal outreach.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In theory is a great channel to add for cold outbound. Could be a force multiplier for outbound lead generation if the target market is correct and the messaging is good.

 ### 10. Poor Performance and Customer Support

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony L. C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

There was nothing that I liked

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

The entire ListKit program was problematic as it did not work for my needs. Additionally, the customer service was terrible, failing to provide the necessary support. The claims made about the product capabilities were false, leading to a switch from a previously used product. The initial setup was not easy, adding to the frustrations with using the software.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None

 ### 11. Zero results and Zero support

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

It produced Zero results. Wasted time and money.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

It doesn't work like advertised. Support is lackluster.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cold email marketing. But the product doesn't work as advertised. Poor support.

 ### 12. Lists are not accurate

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** André R. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

Triple verified without having to go to another tool
Very easy to use and integrate with other platforms

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

When you look at the LinkedIn Profile for the majority of the leads, you can see that the lead actually doesn't belong to the specific search you want. Which means the quality of the leads is poor.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting targeted lists of leads

 ### 13. Has potential. But really overpriced compared to alternatives.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce M. | Founder, Head of Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

Triple email verification is included with all the data.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

Verification has many misses and bounces even though they claim data is triple verified.
Pricing is really steep.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data with verification
