What we like best about LegitFit is how easy and intuitive the software is to use — both for our team and for our members. They’re always available and respond within just a few hours — sometimes even quicker. That kind of fast, helpful service is rare and so appreciated. From the first moment I made contact with LegitFit, I was impressed with their customer service. The team were thorough, professional, personable, and they made me feel like they were always happy to help. I mainly worked with Lee Drayton whilst setting up the app, and I must say, his customer service skills are exceptional. With my previous provider, the app was constantly crashing and there were lots of bugs in the software, that hasn't been the case with LegitFit, the app runs smoothly and my members are all reporting really positive feedback. Also, I like that I can upload my gym programming so members can see ahead of time what they will be doing and take more ownership of their training and progress. Also, the customer service is quicker, better, and just a much more positive experience for me.
