Legfit puts its customers needs first, I switched from a different provider that was way more expensive and less user friendly and the customer supper was dreadful, Shane’s promptness in assisting me with my switch to LegitFit has been 2nd to none! LegitFit is really easy to use and has a great interface. Clients have told me it's one of the easiest booking system they have used. The customer support has been brilliant, which has made life as a busy, new studio owner all the better. Shane in particular has been excellent! I've made a few suggestions for features that I think could be helpful and they're reviewing them currently. I think features around more detailed client/student profiles would be helpful for instruction/modification of any exercises in a group class as well as from a marketing perspective. While LegitFit is generally effective, there are a few areas where it could improve. Sometimes the interface feels a bit limited in terms of customization for class schedules and client management. It would be great to have more flexibility with reporting features to track client progress and business metrics. Additionally, when messaging clients through the app it is a little limited/ ponderous because you have to send it through email "to all" with no gym logo

We worked with another provider for years, and the system was overly complicated. Another business in our area recommended booking a call with Ryan, so we decided to make the transition.

We came to LegitFit after working with another booking system platform for over 6 months, with no booking system to show for it. Our business trajectory had taken a huge loss because all future growth plans had to be paused without a booking system.

LegitFit has been a gamechanger for me and my business. Having moved to LegitFit from another provider about 4 years ago, I've seen the updates and new features being added to the platform which are all very useful. The lads did all the heavy lifting in setting up two accounts for my gym as moved from an old provider. Nothing was ever and issue and actually make some changes to how we did things to improve our attendance rate.
