LegitFit gives me back time that I would otherwise have to spend on scheduling and booking in clients. It also adds more professionalism to my business, through the user friendly booking system that is now available for clients to see my availability, book in for sessions and purchase memberships.

The customer support has also been very helpful. I reached out to Bella with some questions about using the app from a client perspective shortly after signing up. Bella then booked me in for a call quickly afterwards and answered any questions I had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't come across any downsides yet, since I have recently started using LegitFit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how simple the layout is for myself and my clients. I've used quite a few apps in 8 years of coaching and they're not always "easy" but with Legitfit, it's very easy to navigate around. Customer support is very good, especially on the set up. With 90+ clients, I was thinking it was going to be a very tough transition but it was very simple and the team kept in contact with me to make it very simple. The programming module is cumbersome and repetitive without being very intuitive. (I have a todo pending to record this for you.. bear with me!)

Sometimes I feel like the way the gui works is more of an after thought. ie I can now click on each member that is booked into a session but it still doesnt give me the information I need like their timeline, notes, goals etc .. all that I would see if I searched for a member.

I would like to be able to restrict updates to active members so I can Share content that they are essentially benefiting from by being a member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Legitfit has the best customer service experience from the tutorial to the on boarding and integration. Legitfit scheduling is great for simplicity of booking. The name of the class, time, description, and price are all under the day of the week the class is held. The customer interface is intuitive and the customer purchase is easy. The price is a bit high for the extra communication features. A critique about the app is when you press the next arrow for the following week, it will stay on the day it was previously on the following week. Ex/ If I'm looking at Friday the 18th and I press the next arrow, it will take me to Friday the 25th instead of Sunday the 20th, the first day of the new calendar week. I appreciate how easy it is to set up LegitFit, along with the accessibility of the system. The guidance from Shane Walsh during online meetings helped me use it more efficiently and effectively. I love the scheduling feature, which relieves me from having to manually schedule gym users, allowing me to focus on acquiring more leads and clients. I also like all the added extras such as being able to send broadcast messages, wishing clients happy birthday and also being able to easily amend prices, packages and class details.
