It's too soon to gush about LegitFit, however, these passed few days have been seamless. There was a lot that I didn't understand but the team took the time to explain. Things like the app is only for clients so you teachers don't need the app. Then loggin customers in with the QR code - they must download the app. Staff need to have another email address to be added as staff if they are a client with a business that uses Legitfit already. Once I was clear on all things it has been a great experience. It's very easy to populate the timetable and add the passes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Staff not being able to have client accounts and staff accounts on the same email address. The App not having any admin function, it would make sense that the app for teachers was a QR code reader AND a manual check-in register, some clients DO NOT BRING THEIR PHONES. The class copy and paste function in timetable is a bit odd and I have not managed to drop/drag the C&P session to the day or time that I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Legitfit is an easy to use platform. The team is super friendly and efficient at helping set up and showcase your brand through the software and booking system. Any queries are replied to in good time and easily resolved. They are always open to suggestions and improvements.

Having just opened our climbing wall, we were looking for an easy to use customer booking system.

We settled on Legitfit for ease of use, for both our staff and customers alike. But the major selling point was the customer service we get from the team at Legitfit. Whether it’s through the chat facility on the help portal or even the quick response rate to emails to team members like Shane Walsh.

All and any queries are responded to quickly with positive solutions and suggestions.

Would be helpful to have a loyalty card facility in the system automated to reward loyal booking customers with free gifts designated by us depending on determined number of bookings/purchases.

There have been a couple of bugs since I got started that took 2 weeks to get fixed, the customer service team were not particularly helpful on either occasion I asked for support and told me there were bigger issues to be resolved... Not great for a new client.
